Rose's Love Story 💞

Life after Him

Rose ran to her aunt Natalia interrogating about the incident.
"Where did he go?" Rose asked.
"He said he was leaving back to London and gave me the key saying you were asleep."
"When did he leave?"
"He left yesterday. His father came to see me saying he had to take Adrian back with him to London. I thought he told you."
Rose didn't cry, didn't react. She just pretended to be okay and left Natalia's home.
As soon as she entered her room she bursted to tears. She broke the flower wase which was on the table and screamed "Adrian!!! NOO!!"
She took out that pink dress which she wore for the party yesterday and stabbed it on the ground. She then found Adrian's tie hanging beside the gown. She took the tie and decided to hang herself in it but she saw a letter pinned with the tie.
She stopped crying and took out the letter.
The letter stated :
" Dear Rose,

I am leaving today back to London . I don't know how to say this to you but I have to go. You seemed so happy at those times and I couldn't hurt you. I will miss you for sure but I'll try my best to forget you. The night we had today was my farewell for you.
Good bye!
Forget me! And delete me from you life. Please Rose!

With love,
Adrian             "

"NOOO!! ITS JUST A DREAM. This can't be true !! Adrian! No!" Rose yelled.
She went to kitchen and took a lighter and lighted the letter. The letter was half burnt and she pour water on it to stop it from burning.
"I can't do this Adrian. COME BACK. PLEASE!"
She cried out so hard that she passed out there in the kitchen.

When she woke up it was morning and she had school. She had no energy even to walk so she decided to take leave that day. She called Anna and said that she wasn't feeling well and she wouldn't come school today.
Rose then prepared bread toast and tried to eat it but she couldn't as she remembered Adrian saying "I love bread toast with egg by side"
She threw the plate as she remembered him and it broke.
Rose was having a high fever and her head was boiling.
she called aunt Natalia and said that she wasn't feeling well and was home.
"Oh dear I am not home now. I'm at work. I'll send someone there for you."
"No it's okay! Don't send anyone. I just wanted you to know that I was home!" Rose replied.
"Okay dear. Take care. Eat well. I have some food at home. If you want something just go there and fetch. If you are feeling down just give me a call. okay. I'll be home by 7pm" replied Natalia.
"Okay Natalia! Bye" Rose said and hung the phone.

Rose took a tablet and went to rest. Her life seemed so boring and sad without Adrian with her. She started to cry again. She had a spare key to upstairs and decided to go upstairs and check the condition there.
She opened the door and got in. She saw everything was so arranged and clean. She took a round through the hall. As she reached kitchen, she found a reminder pasted on the fridge door. It stated:
"Before you go, Have a ride with Rose"
Everything was so planned!
She took the remainder out and threw it on the dustbin. But she noticed something else inside the dustbin. There were so many sample letters like the one she found yesterday pinned to his tie.
All the letters conveyed the same meaning for her to forget him.

In the first letter he sounded more emotional and was begging for her to excuse him and forget him.
The second letter was more formal.
Third one was scribbled but was still visible written "please! Delete me from your life!"
She understood that he was trying to be harsh and was trying to write a letter in such a way that Rose would hate him for what he did. He couldn't do so in those sample letters and so he tore them.
"It was still not enough Adrian!" Rose said to herself and sobbed.

She locked the door and came down to see Anna standing in front of the the door.
"Oh Rose! You look so tired."
Anna hugged Rose as she spoke.
"Anna, He broke up with me!" Rose said.
"Why? You said you were going on a party last night!"
"Yes we did! But then he left to London. I had no idea about him leaving. All I found was this letter."
Rose handed the letter to Anna. Anna read the letter and hugged Rose.
"Don't worry he might have something up there. Have you tried calling him."
"Here!" Said Rose while she handed something to Anna.
"His sim card!" Rose said and smiled. "I found this upstairs".
"Don't worry we can find him!" Said Anna.
"No Anna! He was the one who wanted me to delete him from my life. If that is what he want then I'll do that for him. I just want to forget him. It's Just because I love him so much!"
Anna looked at Rose but then suddenly came a phone call from an unknown number. Rose picked up the call and it shook her. She got selected for the top most university of her country.
She got so happy and so did Anna. They both started jumping and dancing.
"It was my dream!" Rose shouted.

Anna said "You seem so happy but I am sad. I can't come with you. Don't forget to call me time to time"
Both laughed.
Rose called Natalia and shared the happy news.
Rose had interest in business and wanted to become the CEO of a company.

Anna decided to stay with Rose that night for a company.
Natalia came back home with a huge cake to celebrate the day. They cut the cake and drank wine and celebrated and then they went to sleep at Rose's couch. Anna and Natalia was sleeping on the couch. Rose tried to wake them up but couldn't. So she went to bed without them.
Rose felt awkward about the day thinking about it. It was the day she broke up with her boyfriend but all she did was celebrated. She felt depressed again.

Rose felt someone calling her and woke up to see Anna trying to wake her up.
"Rose! Wake up! I am leaving"
Rose woke up and checked the time. It was 4 in the evening.
"You slept for a long time Rose" Anna said while she packed her bag.
"Yes! I have never slept so long before" Rose said and yawned.
"Where is Natalia?" Rose asked.
"Well! She left saying she had shoot"

Rose thought that she would end up lonely like she used to be but she got a lot close to Natalia and Anna by then.
Rose stared to feel herself and wanted to cherish her dream. She began working on her lectures. She left home to the new university.
