All were shocked seeing the Brahmastra coming to them with high speed, as it was about to hit them all closed their eyes but for a moment nothing happened.
They opened their eyes and saw Tamasvini holding the Brahmastra with one hand while her other hand was held by Satyamurti and Rajeshwari.
Her hands shook for a while before it was firmed by powers of Satyamurti and Rajeshwari. Tamasvini spun the weapon and with all her force threw it back from where it came from.
Suddenly a loud scream was heard where the Brahmastra was thrown by Trigun sisters. The Pandavas and Krishna rushed towards the side and saw Ashwathama.
The jewel on his forehead was shattered from the Brahmastra, they instantly came to know that it has to be him who threw it.
"ASHWATHAMA !" Krishna roared summoning his Sudarshan Chakra.
"FOR THIS VILE MOVE I SHALL BEHEAD YOU !" Krishna said.
"Don't Madhav ! He is my Guru-bhai, don't kill him." Arjun requested.
"What he has done is grave crime Parth ! Shooting a weapon with no knowledge how to take it back ! If Trigun had not changed the direction of the Brahmastra, then it could have ended all humanity ! But for your sake I shall not behead him." Krishna said.
The Sudarshan Chakra disappeared but the anger of Krishna was yet to disappear.
"O Ashwathama ! I, Vasudev Shri Krishna, curse you to wander the earth alone ! No one shall be able to come near you for your body will keep melting off ! You shall spend your life in isolation, roaming the earth and looking for sympathy, love, mercy and peace of mind till eternity !" Krishna cursed.
Ashwathama looked down accepting the curse, which was more cruel and brutal than death. Suddenly the Trigun sisters came there and saw the condition of Ashwathama.
"Bhrata Krishna, I know Ashwathama has committed a grave mistake. But he has also committed several good deeds." Tamasvini said.
"For the sake of those good deeds, let him not suffer for the entire eternity." Rajeshwari said.
"O Kanha, Ashwathama has accepted your curse and is guilty for his deed, show some mercy to him." Satyamurti said.
"Fine. Ashwathama, I promise you that you will not spend the entire eternity in such state, in the end of Kaliyug I myself will come to you as Kalki and free you from this curse. In the next Mahayug, you shall become one of the Sapt-rishi and then eventually attain the title of Ved-Vyas." Krishna said.
"Thank you supreme lord, till then I shall live my life in isolation, chanting your divine name." Ashwathama bowed.
