□□ HASTINAPOOR □□
The court of Kuruvansh was bustling as Maharaj Dhritrashtra was in dilemma as to who will be the next Yuvraj.
The Pandavas have won the war against Drupad so technically it should be Yuddhishtir. But Dhritrashtra's Putra moh for Duryodhan came in between.
"Maharaj, tell your decision." Vidur said.
"I need some time to think." The blind king said.
"The Pandavas have emerged victorious, I think it is very clear as to who should be the next ruler." Bhism said.
"One victory cannot decide the fate of Kuruvansh." Gandhar-raj Shakuni said involving.
"What do you mean Gandhar-raj ?" Kripacharya asked.
"That many factors have to be considered for choosing the Yuvraj for he is the next ruler. Decisions like these shouldn't be taken in a hurry." Shakuni said.
"But Gandhar-raj, Yuddhishtir is older than Duryodhan, he is the son of Pandu, and the Pandavas emerged victorious. He is the clear heir." Bhism said.
"But the heir to the throne in Hastinapoor is decided by worthiness and not age." Shakuni said.
"For once I agree with him." Dronacharya said.
Bhism, Vidur and Kripacharya looked at Dronacharya confused while Shakuni looked at him with disbelief.
'Where has the sun arisen from today ?' Shakuni wondered.
"The heir should be determined with worthiness. But with this perception, there are not 2 but 4 possible heirs to the throne." Dronacharya said with a smile.
"Who might that be ?" Shakuni asked gritting his teeth.
"Yuddhishtir, Duryodhan, Bheem and Arjun." Dronacharya said.
"What do you mean by Bheem and Arjun ?" Dhritrashtra asked.
"Maharaj, Vrikoder Bheem is the strongest amongst all the Kuruvanshis, he is quick in thinking and quick to take actions, he is clear minded, free of doubts." Dronacharya said.
"True." Vidur said.
"Then comes Arjun, the third Pandav and my brightest student. He is the greatest archer, his perception is clear, knows all the ways of warfare and weapons. But the best thing about him is that he is extremely humble and soft-hearted, he is Narottam." Dronacharya said.
"Correct." Bhism said.
"But Gurudev, only one can be the ruler. We were already confused between Yuddhishtir and Duryodhan. Now you are confusing Maharaj even more." Shakuni said.
"The confusion has definitely increased, Guru Dron do guide us." Kripacharya said.
"I suggest that the Yuvraj should be the one who gives us the assurance that the lineage is secure." Guru Dronacharya said.
Bhism and Vidur smiled as Dronacharya gave them an assuring nod.
"So be it." Bhism said.

Tamasvini entered Subhadra's room and found her laying on the bed, with her head under pillow she sobbed silently.
She went and sat beside Subhadra tapping her shoulders, Subhadra looked at Tamasvini, still sobbing.
"Tears ? On such a special day ?" Tamasvini asked wiping her tears.
"What's so special ? Maiyya and Pitashree are planning to send me away." Subhadra said.
"You know, when I was your age I too went to Gurukul, it just made me interesting, as you call it." Tamasvini said.
"How ?" Subhadra asked.
"Amongst the 64 kalas, the 23rd one was hasta-laghav meaning sleight of hand which is often used by magicians." Tamasvini said.
She summoned a flower crown and puts it over Subhadra's head making her chuckle.
"Its a beautiful flower crown." Subhadra said.
"You know where I learnt it ?" Tamasvini asked.
"Where ?" Subhadra asked.
"Gurukul." Tamasvini said.
"Really ?" Subhadra asked.
"Yes, the 15th kala was malya-grathan-vikalp, meaning designing a preparation of flowers." Tamasvini said.
"Amazing." Subhadra said.
"So tell me, do you like the food made by Satyamurti jiji ?" Tamasvini asked.
"Yes I do." Subhadra said.
"That is the 24th kala which is known as citra-sakapupa-bhakshya-vikara-kriya." Tamasvini said.
"Really ?" Subhadra asked.
"And do you like making bird houses with Rajeshwari jiji ?" Tamasvini asked.
"Yes." Subhadra said.
"That is 36th and 37th kala, Takshana (carpentry) and Vastu-vidya (engineering)." Tamasvini said.
"Wow." Subhadra muttered.
"Tell me do you know why Bhrata Krishna always wins be it a game or a war ?" Tamasvini asked.
"No." Subhadra said.
"That is because he is a master in the 63rd kala known as Vaijayki vidya which means gaining victory." Tamasvini said.
"What ?" Subhadra was amused.
"And I have seen you really like Dau juggling the makhan matkis together. That is also a kala, the 21st one, aindra-jala." Tamasvini said.
"I wish I could do all of that." Subhadra said.
"You could if you go to Gurukul." Tamasvini said.
"Really ?" Subhadra asked.
"And you can also understand half of what Bhrata Krishna says." Tamasvini said.
"How ?" Subhadra said.
"The 29th kala, Prahelika, which is about making and solving riddles." Tamasvini said.
"Alright I will go to Kanyavas on one condition." Subhadra said.
"What condition ?" Tamasvini asked.
"That once I return we both will always be together." Subhadra said.
"I promise." Tamasvini said.

A/NIN GURUKUL ALONG WITH 4 VEDAS AND SHASHTRAS, 64 KALAS WERE ALSO TAUGHT.
RADHA RANI IS SAID TO BE A MASTER IN ALL 64 KALAS.
FUN FACT - VAASTU SHASHTRA WAS WRITTEN BY RAVAN.
HOW NICE....DIDN'T EXPECT DASHANAN BEING INTO INTERIOR DESIGNING.
BUT EVEN BY MAKING VAASTU SHASHTRA, RAVAN COULDN'T ESCAPE HIS KARMFAL, FOR SUCH IS THE LAW OF KARM. HOW IRONIC.
ITS LIKE VAASTU SHASTRA MIGHT FILL A HOUSE WITH POSITIVITY, BUT IT CAN'T CHANGE THE NEGATIVITY INSIDE ONE.
