Was she willing to go against all her morals based on a few hookups...

It had been two days since Maya had last seen Carina. They had talked a little more about her visa and then lay together in a comfortable silence. However the pair hadn't moved forward in a solution for their situation. Since Carina left the station she hasn't been able to stop thinking about her, with every call she's always trying to find excuses to go to Grey Sloan to see Dr Pink Scrubs. Though her luck was running out because she had yet to see Carina on her visits.

In other news, Andy and Maya had been having more of their little conversations since the incident in Maya's office. The team noticing and also being kinder to the Captain. In a way it annoyed Maya that everyone was bitched by Andy but it wasn't something she spent a great deal of time thinking about. Unlike the Gibson situation, which she was thinking about just as much as with Carina. Maya hadn't seen Jack since he left after their confrontation in the station. No one had heard from him. Not even Andy, who he was living with at the time. She had been subtly questioning Maya about what went down with them because the station loved a bit of gossip, but Maya wasn't letting her private life become the talk of the station. Not again. 

Andy had also questioned the fire captain about Carina. Maya also avoiding that subject in anyway she could. Using the excuse that the doctor was doing a study and wanted some advice from a fire captain. Andy didn't buy it at all, but she also wasn't jumping to the conclusion that the pair were sleeping together because she knew Carina was with Arizona. 

"Heyy, the team are going out for drinks after shift if you want to join?" Andy had strolled into Maya's office as if it was part of her normal routine now. Not realising until after she'd finished what she needed to say that Maya was on another zoom meeting. Andy swore the captain was on at least five a day. There was a big budget change about to go down, having every station fight over what new programs they wanted to start to receive extra funding etc. 

Maya looked up from her computer screen, gave a thumbs up to Andy and continued speaking to whoever she was speaking too. 

Andy took a note pad and pen from Maya's desk writing "7pm?" 

Maya nodding to confirm the time.

After two days of not hearing from Maya, the brunette had convinced herself that the blonde didn't want her anymore, that the thought of being with a legally married woman had scared Maya away. But what she didn't know was that Maya was trying to allow herself to see Carina again. Doing it the only way she knew how. Through a pro/con list. 

The blonde had created the list after she'd gotten home from the station 48 hours ago, having only two cons and six pros. Carina on the other hand was trying to stop thinking about Maya because she knew to be with the other woman fully, the Italian's life would be tipped upside down. Even if she did leave Arizona, she couldn't outright get with Maya for a while after so that there were no suspicions that she was being unfaithful. 

While Maya was focusing more on the positives, Carina was dwelling on the negatives.

Amelia had been invited to go to Joe's with the station 19 team, as Andy had grown close to her. When she was leaving the hospital to meet up with the group she'd caught Arizona leaving as well, inviting her along as she knew she was having relationship troubles and thought the blonde deserved a night off.

"Cmon it'll be nice for you to meet new people" Amelia being cheery trying to bring Arizona's mood up.

"Okay okay fine I'll come" Arizona gave in to Amelia's wish and the pair walked down the street to Joe's bar.
