All of a sudden the two jumped out their skin at a knock on the back window. It was all steamed up from the sweat that poured from them both, however Carina reassured the fire captain that the windows were tinted so no one could see in anyway.

"Guys I know your in there, you need to come back in before anyone else notices" Hughes said as she put her hands to the window and peered in.

The women looked at each other for another second before bursting out in laughter at the absurdity of the entire situation. They had just been caught having drunk-ish sex in a car outside a bar because it was an affair. A fucking affair...

This was the moment it sunk in for them both. And they chose to laugh hysterically. For Maya this wasn't as unpredictable as she'd like to think, giving her track record in all. However Carina was the last person anyone would expect to be unfaithful. Even Maya was surprised Carina was still participating in their scandalous love affair. She may have the orgasm doctor reputation but to those who knew her personally knew she was such a romantic and if you didn't know her specialty you'd think she was in peds, with how kind of a person she was. 

Carina managed to collect herself and opened the window an inch or two to see Vic's face.

"Umm hi, Vic was it?" Carina tried so desperately hard to keep her laughter in but hearing Maya behind her sniggering to herself was making it nearly impossible.

"Yup..eh yes HAHA" Vic looked down composing herself because Maya and Carina's childishness was now getting to her too, "can I uh speak to Maya please?" 

Carina for a second tried to deny she was there even though they both knew she was. 

"Captain Bishop get to this window and stop being a pussy" Vic demanded, not being serious.

Maya tackled Carina away from the window making the two burst into yet another fit of laughter before the captain popped her head up from the steamy window, smirk on her face, in a funny voice saying "You are what ya eat Hughes!" 

Making herself laugh again, Hughes regretting coming out to tell the two love birds to hurry up.

"Jesus, you two are CHILDREN" She put her head to the car, looking into the window so she could speak to them both "I've known since you came to see Bishop at the station" She looked at Carina. "And you Miss Bishop...with a taken woman I thought more of you" She was mocking Maya's Captain voice, only being this bold because of the alcohol in her system.

Hughes then leant into the window further so she was just speaking to Maya.

"Andy just figured it out, she pulled me aside after she came out the bathroom and Carina wasn't there" Maya suddenly lost all her laughter, face going serious. Although things had been good between the two recently, she wasn't fully trusting of Herrera again, not just yet.

"Does Arizona know?"

"No, Andy covered for y'all. Again. For the second time tonight. Please if this is going to continue will you be more careful."

"Yes. Sorry Hughes." Maya looked behind her shoulder to Carina, a sad look on her face as reality set in once more, however now she felt something tingly in her chest whenever she thought of Carina. A sensation she'd never experienced before. 

"Get yourself's together and come back in" Hughes went to walk away from the car but Maya shouted her back.

"We've finally felt normal again. Herrera and me, I mean." She looked Vic straight in the eyes. 

"I can't ruin that. And I don't wanna see Jack again because I made him think he was getting it tonight. I'm just gonna head home, can you tell Andy I was tired or something?" Maya still eye to eye with Vic, giving her puppy eyes making it impossible for the fire fighter to say no.
