Jikook: Nightmare

"Night Dada!" I wub chu!"

"Good night mochi! I love you too!"

And the little slept but not the caregiver.
Jungkook was awake even tho it's late, he just couldn't sleep. Lately, he's been thinking if he was a good caregiver for his Jimin or not.

'Am I a good caregiver for this angel? Probably not. Jin hyung is probably better because he takes care of him better and gives him all the love meanwhile I rarely give him time.' Jungkook thought. Jungkook was getting busier recently and today he came home a little early than expected.

Suddenly, Jungkook felt his eyes closing. He sighed and allowed the sleepiness take over him.

The next day

Jungkook woke up and got ready for work again. Jin usually looks after Jimin with his own little, Namjoon.

Jungkook checked the time and realized he had enough time to spend time with his boyfriend.

"Hmm..." The little hummed, still sleeping. Jungkook looked at the sleeping little, admiring him.

He gave quick little pecks on Jimin'sforehead and that was enough for him to wake up. "Mownin'..." The little said while rubbing his eyes. "Good Morning Chim."

Jungkook said with love in his eyes. He decided to cook breakfast really quickly then leave.

He carried Jimin downstairs and was cooking breakfast for him. But Jimin was off today. Before Jungkook became busy, Jimin would usually tell Jungkook about his sleep and what he dreamt about but that wasn't happening. The last tume they had a proper conversation was 4 months ago.

Jungkook was wondering why Jimin was like this but realized it was probably because Jungkool made it awkward between them. He sighed and continued to cook.

Jungkook finished making breakfast and served it to Jimin before getting his stuff and leaving.

Evening

Jungkook unlocked the door and entered the house. He was met with silence as usual and knew that Jin and Namjoon were probably sleeping along with Jimin.

He entered the guest room and he saw the 3 but there was suitcases being packed. Jungkook was confused and scared.

"Hey hyung, why are you packing...Jimin's stuff into his suitcase? And Namjoon and Jimin helping?" Jungkook asked. Jin looked up and replied, "Jimin doesn't want you to be his caregiver anymore. Its something about you not spending enough time with him for the last 4-5 months. Jimin told me he wants me to be his caregiver from now on."

Jin, Namjoon and Jimin finished packing and Jin took it downstairs. Namjoon followed and Jimin was going to follow as well when Jungkook stopped him.

"Baby, what happened? Please tell me. I'm sorry that I didn't give you the time you deserve, I was just working for us. For the future. It seems like I got carried away..." Jungkook said, tears forming in his eyes. Jimin had no emotion and he just replied with, "I'm not little right now and you're right, you did get carried away with it. I just hope you will focus on the present instead of the future for your next little."

Jungkook looked down in guilt. He wished he could just go back in time and give his attention to his boyfriend. Too late.

"I have to go now. Bye."

Jimin said, breaking the silence. He left Jungkook there, not turning back.

He then heard someone calling his name.

"Kookie, kookie, kookie..."

Jungkook woke up, he looked at Jimin who had a scared look on his face. "Kookie...chu scawe me..." The little complained.

"I'm sorry baby. I didn't mean to scare my mochi." Jungkook chuckled, wiping a few tears that unknowingly left his teary eyes.

"Chu had bad dweam?" The little asked. Jungkook sighed and nodded his head, laying back down and pulling the little in his arms.

"I did have a bad dream. You left me for Jin hyung because I didn't give you enough time for the past few months."
Jungkook letted out a shaky breath, feeling tears form in his eyes again.

"Dun wowwy. I no weabe chu!" The little said. Jungkook giggled at the little's cuteness. "But, I'm sorry that I didn't give you time for the past few months. Little or not, I love you so much. I hope you know that."

Jimin nodded happily and snuggled into his caregiver's chest. Feeling safe.

Jungkook just carresed his hair to help him sleep and he did. Jungkook just smiled and allowed himself to sleep peacefully.
