Leah's pov....

Martha and Elizabeth reported that Rachel and Hannah had insulted them,so we went to confirm with them.
Hard as it was to believe Rachel could insult someone,I just had to take action moreover,they are my friends and Rachel is the common enemy.

" Rachel!" I shouted as we approached her house.

She came out ,as her minion following her behind.

" Why would you insult Elizabeth and Martha when they were just trying to greet you?'' I asked immediately we reached her door step.

" If putting two grown woman that calm to be people's mothers and raising future men and women in their place is insulting, then wow the world has become a funny place," Hannah who was standing besides Rachel answered.

" And what is that suppose to mean?" I asked dismayed.

" Nobody insulted them Leah,they came to us and spoke ewe so Hannah and I put them in their place," Rachel answered smirking as she glanced at the two women behind me.

" Have you heard?" Martha spoke.

" Don't mind these cursed women, let's go and enjoy our party," Elizabeth said,and pulled Martha to follow her.

" Leah?" Rachel called immediately the two walked away.

" What Rachel?" I asked turning to look at her.

" Why didn't you tell me you were hosting a party,is it because I don't have a child to bring that you will be pushing me out of things?" She asked gloomy.

Well dah,what other reason? some people just want to hear people tell them what they know already.

" No Rachel,how can you think that?" I asked cooking up a smile," it's just a small party for the kids and I didn't want to bother you,"

" Telling someone isn't bothering them," that stupid Hannah spoke, getting on my nerves.
How dare she even open her mouth to speak,that unmarried fool.

Sensing how rude Hannah sounded, Rachel spoke before I could say something stupid.

" No Hannah," she said holding her hand, "Leah,it's fine,I understand,I wouldn't want to stand on your freedom," she answered apologetic.

Without saying a word,I walked away,not caring how rude that gesture would look. Move over,that Hannah's stupid comment annoyed me.

4 years later....

Rachel's pov....

Years just like time never stop going, even when one dies, they keep on going, that's what was happening, years were moving and it was now four year, still childless and miserable.

Leah and I had organized a small celebration for Jacob's birthday and invited a few relatives and friends.
It was small, but we had bought lots of food, hurrying the best chefs.
The decorations were also amazing,we had the city's best decoraters to do the work.
Our husband was very hard working so we used this gathering to celebrate him.

" Wow Leah,why would you worst so much money on a small gathering like this?" Lydia Jacob's sister asked.

" What do you mean so much, it's just a few drinks,wines and food," Leah answered fixing her gaze at her.

" The decor looks like a challenge to king Solomon,am just looking around to see him," she teased, glancing around.
Hearing that,Leah laughed in amusement.

" Well I must give Rachel all the credit,she did a good job on find the best decoraters in the city," she gave me credit, making me smile as I was behind them, earverstropping on their conversation.

" Rachel?" She asked narrowing her eyes at Leah,"and you allowed it?"

" Yes," she answered, laughing a bit," why not,we are celebrating my husband,so.....we just had to do our best,"

" Leah look, Rachel doesn't have children, and she will do all she can to misuse the money that my brother has, but you on the other hand needs that money for your children, their school expensive and upkeeps.
If you are not careful,she will end up using all the family resources and you and your children will be the ones to suffer....,"

I could nolonger stand to hear Thier conversation,so I ran outside, without hearing what more Lydia had to say.

I always knew that woman was the snake that deceived Eve to eat the forbidden fruit.
She always spoke ewe of my sister when she was with me, not knowing she did the same behind my back, shame of her.
It wasn't just her, but almost everyone at that party was saying every stupid thing their mouths could make them speak, but I chose not to care, moreover,it was true,I was cursed as they calmed cause what was the best explanation of been childless for 13 years?
I lost all hope and lived with whatever life would come.
