The Unwanted Bond

I could do that, but I don't think you want me to.

Parker's POV:

I woke up feeling shaky and more tired than when I passed out. I had an I.V. in my left hand and was laying in a room by myself. My head snapped towards the door as it opened. I tensed when an unknown man walked into the room. The aura around him made it known to my wolf that this was a council member. I rushed to try to stand to my feet.

"No. No. None of that. You do not need to stand. I am Council Member Xavier."

My eyes widened. "You're the leader of the council." I stated.

He smiled. "I am. I'm glad to see you. I haven't seen you since you were about 4 years old."

"I'm sorry. I don't remember you."

"No? I didn't expect you would. Especially with the memory issues you've had happen to you."

"D-Did I do something wrong?"

"No you didn't, though I'm not surprised you would think so. I'm here to help you actually. Alpha Ryan gave me a call."

"Why?"

"Well, he was adamant that he made a huge mistake and asked me if I could fix it. I can remove your extra marks."

"You can remove the bond?" I questioned.

"I could do that, but I don't think you want me to. I don't think you are unhappy with your bond, I think you are just unhappy with the two extra marks. If I remove them, it's not without pain, and some of the effects won't fully go away."

"What.. Uh. What effects?"

"The reaction to him touching you. You won't feel like you want to drop to your knees and submit when he touches you or enters the room but the sparks will still be intensified from what they were with just the one mark. The pain when someone touches you disappears as long as they dont touch you sexually, though I doubt very much you are willing to have sex with anyone else."

"And he knows you can remove the marks?"

"Yes, when he called me, he was asking if there was anything that could be done to lessen the effects of a triple marking. I offered to remove the two extra marks. You do want to keep your bond right?"

I nodded. "Yeah.. I mean.. I fought him for a while but that was mostly from fear."

"Which is totally understandable. I do have to warn you, it will be extremely painful to remove the marks, right up there with your first shift."

"That's fine. I've had worse." I mumbled.

"Okay. Would you like me to do it now? I'd offer to get Ryan, but if you saw him, you would only be focused on submitting to him and trying to make him happy."

"Yeah, mind as well." I nodded.

He nodded and rolled up the sleeves on his button-up shirt. He walked over to me. "You might want to lay down. Instead of doing one at a time and causing you more pain over a longer period, I am going to do both at the same time. Which one would you like to leave?"

"The one on my left shoulder. That's my first mark." I answered, laying back.

He nodded and placed a hand on my right shoulder's mark and the one on the side of my neck. I gritted my teeth at the pain his touch brought. He started speaking in Latin. I gasped at the fire like pain spreading through my body. It was pain similar to when Ryan pressed his hand against my Alpha mark. My back arched and I squirmed and writhed in pain. A guttural scream exited my mouth as he spoke faster.
