i arrived in oxford a couple of minutes ago but i couldn't remember where my parents lived anymore it was odd. i hadn't spoken to them in a while so they may have moved but i feel like they would have told me. i looked up google maps and saw that i had just turned down the wrong lane. gosh london was actually a lot easier to go around, oxfordshire is full of the stupid countryside. well especially where my parents live. i pulled up infront of there house and excitedly knocked on there door. out came my mum looking more beautiful than ever followed by my dad.
"my darling celeste, we've missed you so much, paul grab her bags and let's get her a cuppa" she pulled me into a tight and loving hug and led me inside to where the living room was. it has been done up since the last time i came here which was around a year ago.
"hols, darling which room can cel go in?"
"put her in the spare for now or she can go in her old room from when she was younger."
"i'll just leave them in the spare for now less to walk" me and mum laughed as dad huffed as he walked up the stairs with my suitcase.
"so what bought you here cel, we haven't seen you in ages"
"i'm so sorry i've been so busy, life's been so hectic at the moment and i haven't known what to do with my life, but i always know what to do when i come to your guys house, it just makes me feel more at home" my mum stared at me intently. she knew i'd been upset and pulled me in for the 5th hug of the day.
"i know darling life is hard sometimes and everything happens for a reason oh and also how's your boyfriend dylan wasn't it?" i squirmed at the thought of his name and mum saw there was a problem. i told her the whole story about what he used to do it me and she sat there shocked, a nice boy she called him and then he does that.
"i am so sorry you had to go through all that darling, no one should have to you truly are my brave little girl" dad said i started to form tears in my eyes but i hated crying infront of my parents so i quickly wiped them away.
"anyways i thought you liked that harry lewis guy anyway" i turned to look at my mum who just smiled.
"i'm in love with him mum, he doesn't know but all i know is that he's in love with someone else" i sighed.
"love doesn't always come straight away it takes time, nothings ever perfect but you've got to wait. you've got to be patient to find love, and if he's the one then he'll realise soon enough" i smiled at the thought of harry knocking on the door right now and telling me how much he was in love with me but it was just my imagination.
"i'm going to go and have a shower if that's okay"
"of course it's still in the same place along the landing, we're going to a restaurant tonight so put in something cute and i'll try to take some instagram photos of you" i laughed at the fact that dad really thought he's be able to take pictures of me, but i didn't mind they were some of the most supportive parents i could ever wish for and i am so grateful for them.

it was time to go to the restaurant and we were going to there favourite, the toby carvery. we walked in and could smell amazing food, i missed london but oxford truly did have my heart for the food and the views.
"darling let me get a picture of you and then you can post it in on instagram"
"okay thanks mum"

mum tried to take the photo that's why it's blurry lol thanks paul and holly james for helping me grow up to be a wonderful person just like you too i couldn't ask for anyone better to be my parents <3

i smiled at all the heartwarming comments wishing me well being at being home again.
"did you read harry's comment" i looked over to my dad and smiled. but i didn't come here to think about him or his new silly lover. she was gorgeous though i may add, but so was i and i needed to learn to love myself before i let anybody love me.

"darling your an influencer, don't be sorry it's your job" i smiled at holly she was the best mum ever. i turned my phone over and saw that it was a message from frey.
