I remained straddling on his lap for a minute trying to internalized what he had said. Ang tahimik na namamagitan sa amin ay nagdedepina sa ilang na aking naramdaman. At nang napagtanto ko ang posisyon namin, agad akong tumayo at itinulak siya.

Horror was visible on my eyes and face as I looked at him just looking so weary with a ghost of smirk. Halos lalabas na sa dibdib ko ang puso dahil sa bilis ng tibok. Why did I let him control me?! Fuck! Kelly get a hold of your sanity!

"Baby..." napapikit ako dahil sa narinig. Hindi ko maintindihan kung bakit may ibang dulot ang namamaos niyang boses.

This is not good anymore, I swear to God!

I tried to ignore it and open my eyes again. Hindi ko alam ang gagawin lalo na't hindi ko maitatanggi na unti-unti na akong tinatraydor ng puso't isipan. Hindi pwede ito. Hindi!

"Come here. Why are you looking so horrified?" Bumaling ako sa kanya sa tanong niya.

"Z-zeus..." nahihirapan akong sabihin na hindi talaga pwede itong mga nangyayari. Na hindi na ito tama.

"What?"

I drew a deep breath.

"Ihinto mo na ito. I can't let this happened. Kalimutan mo na iyang naramdaman mo sa akin. Let's just back to being friends again," I said, begging.

Kita ko kung paano agad na nag-iba ang kanyang mukha. His eyes went darker and his jaw was moving dangerously. I swallowed hard looking at him.

"Nothing can stop me now, Kelly. I'll court you whether you like it or not," he mumbled with a very serious tone.

Napakagat nalang ako sa labi ko. He sounds so determined. I know that he's serious with it. I'm afraid that... even me can't make him stop.

Napaisip ako sa posibleng mangyayari. This will surely cause a very big impact to our friends... especially Oddysey. Ayaw kong traydorin siya. This is stressing me out. Why does he had to be so stubborn?!

"Not now, please... Zeus. I would still reject you if you will push this."

"Even if you reject me, doesn't mean I'll stop. No, baby. It doesn't work like that. I'm determined to make you mine so I'll keep trying to court you until I will hear your precious 'yes'." He smirk like an alpha.

My lips parted at his persistency and determination. I guess I don't have any choice now. Iiwasan ko nalang siguro siya nang hindi na mabuking ng mga kaibigan namin ang kanyang pinaggagawa.

He stood up. Nagkatitigan kami. He slowly walked towards me and I stiffened when he kiss my forehead. Buong sistema ko ay nagwala sa halik niya. My cheeks heated together with the loud thump of my heart and the beast in my stomach.

"Goodnight, my love. Have a good night sleep."

Napakurap-kurap ako. Lalagpasan na niya sana ako pagkatapos non pero bumalik ulit siya at may sinabi.

"I'll wait for you even if it would take decades before I'll earn your 'yes'. That's how I love you," seryoso niyang sabi bago tuluyang lumabas sa kwarto ko.

Narinig ko ang pagsarado ng pinto at doon lang ako kumilos. I sat on my bed with my haywire thoughts. Why is he messing with my mind? I hate you Zeus!

True enough to what I said, iniwasan ko siya ko sa buong linggo. Every now and then, he would try to talk to me but I always avoid having conversations with him. At tumagal na ganon kami, para akong nasasaktan kapag nakikita siyang medyo disappointed at nasaktan. But I have to remind myself why I am doing this.
