Moments with you!

I'm not little anymore.

"This is Lia" James tells the tanned boy with dark brown curly hair much like James's.

"I know who she is" The man stands up and shakes my hand nodding his head. " I'm Steven" he says sitting back down .

I just smiled at him and turned back to James who was rolling his eyes at his brother for being so rude, he is so cute!

"Follow me James says leading me down a small hallway to a tiny lit room, as you entered you could see the back door , the room was arranged well for a bigger sized  kitchen , It had a large dinning table seating at least 6, and a small counter area with a Fauset and a small stove.

" Hello Mum" James says walking over to a tallish women with lite brown flowing hair sitting around her elbows, As she turned you could see her kind eyes and the wrinkles around them, her plesent smile warmed me inside.

James leaned down and kissed his mother on the cheek and gave her a tight hug saying hello. As they released from each other his mother noticed me standing in the door way.

"Well hello dear!" she said making her way over to me.

I smiled warmly at her

"How are you?" she asked seeing the sympathy in her eyes made me feel secure to tell her anything.

"I'm well thank you" i answered making eye contact with James as he smiled at both of us.

"Hows your Mum doing?" she asked me placing a hand on my arm and looking into my eyes, Maybe to get me to tell the truth .

"she is Doing alright" i said I really wasn't sure how she actually was , since we never really talked about my father leaving very much.

"Im glad to hear that" The older women said making her way back to the kitchen area.

"Well Lia is looking for some Vegetables Mum can you help her out?

" Oh of course we have more than enough to share" she smiled

"Thank You very much" I said Awkwardly standing there

"Well im going to do something i will be in my room if you need me." James said walking toward the door way where i was still standing.

As he slides pass me my breath hitched up as our noses where inches away and our eyes made contact creating that alive  feeling inside of me.

"Come sit down" his mum told me pointing to one of the kitchen seats.

I didn't hesitate to sit my feet were killing me!

after a minute or so of silence She finally spoke

"So Where has your mum been lately i haven't seen her at church" she asked.

"She has been very busy with her work since......." i paused looking away wanting to avoid the topic but i just dug a deeper hole for my self.

' Its OK Hun " she said tying up a bundle of Vegetables. and walking to me .

she placed her warm hand upon my shoulder giving me so much comfort.

After talking to James's mum she gave me the bundle of vegetables and it was time to get home.

I walked further down the hallway till i came to the last door that was cracked open a tiny bit, I peered in and noticed James sitting on a chair and playing a guitar to lovely music. He was really good.
