Moments with you!

Love?

My eyes fluttered open to the light sound of birds chirping outside my window. The sun was brightly shining into the room lighting it up completely.

I have been here at Melody's a week now and today i was going to mail my application to the Art and Music school James has told me about,

i was all nervous and excited to be doing this, Knowing that i wasn't alone that Melody would always be there. I had talked to Mark about this school and he was very fond of the idea as he loved my work. He had told me more about it where it was located and how i would need to get there, and it seemed that by train is how i would arrive..... if i even got excepted.

Pulling myself out of the small bed my feet hit the cool floor sending shivers through me. I had borrowed some things of Melody's such as a brush a few of her dresses and a simple hair clip.

there was a small and very old looking mirror in the room that i could use, brushing through my long curly brown locks i hummed a tune that we used to sing at church that for some reason entered my mind. I pulled off my night clothing and switched to Brown and white dress that lay at my knees and had short sleeves that covered my shoulder, it had a lower top reveling more of my chest then i liked.

I let my hair flow down to my mid back as i reached for the application and exiting  the room.

Melody smiled brightly at me as i entered the small living space greeting her family with a knod.

"Well im off to town" i said somly holding up the paper and smiling.

"Is it alright if i tag along" Melody asked coming to the space beside me.

"Of course dear" I smiled at her and we turned on our heels to go.

"Almost two weeks since i have seen him" my voice quietly stated as i looked at the ground i was walking along.

"You'll see him soon enough" Melody said trying to lift my spirit but it really wasn't working.

"It's obvious he likes you" she added which mad me flip my head to look at her.

" and what makes you say that?" i asked smiling though i didn't want to.

"lia.... he told you about the art and music insitution .... the one he was attending."

"Yeah so.... your point?" I was becoming irritated at this.

"he told you that you should attend too!" she almost shout at me just raising her voice a little.

"That doesn't mean anything!" Even though it made me jump inside.

she stared at me for a minute as we continued to walk down the muddy road.

she seemed not impressed by my answer. But just kept walking.

"there it goes!!" i said as i let the paper envelope fall into the bin of letter waiting to be mailed away.

Now i just had to wait and in a week or so i would be able to attend... maybe...

"Hey! look who is coming this way!"  Says melody as she tugs on my arm.

as turned my head to see James coming this way and my heart just jumped when i saw him, It wasn't like that was the first time that had happened but i was just shaking that he was coming near us...... man i have an issue.

"Hey james!!!" Melody called to him grabbing his attention

"Melody what are you doing" i hissed in a threatened tone.

"Hey!" james said coming closer to us." What are you guys doing in town?"

"Oh we were just Turning in Lia's application for that art school" melody said looking at me as she spoke with her hands.

"You decided to go?" James asked looking at me.

"Yeah" I quietly and nervously stated looking at my feet and blushing for some stupid reason.

"Well cool!" he smiled

WHOA!!! there goes my heart!!!

"Well we better get going" i quickly said feeling scared and nervous to even be so close to him. to even see his smile.

Melody saw this and nodded her head as we said goodbye to him. i look back once more before walking away. If i hadn't left i would have blabbered out what i was feeling.

WE quickly rushed home me basically dragging melody behind me. I shot down the hallway and quickly closed the door of the guest room behind me,

"OK!?! what was that about?" melody asked me her confused expression mad me shake even more.

I don't really know what was happening to me right now...... my emotions were all over the place.

'What if I'm in love with him!!??!!?" my voice cracked .... I have never been in Love before....
