"Oh Choon Hee, don't you think you've been away from me a long enough? I've been waiting a whole week now."
"We called remember? You said you missed me first."
"But look! You're here now. But Choon Hee guess what? I'm selfish."
"Your presence is not enough. I want to hear your voice. I want to see your smile. I want to see you laugh. I want your face to go rosy like it did before."
"Park Choon Hee, your hands are so cold. But you see? So are mine, I'm warming your hands by holding yours, can't you hold mine back?"
"Can you feel my face again? Oh Choon Hee remember when you first asked to do so?"
"Maybe you didn't know at the time, the butterflies in my stomach went crazy, Choon Hee. You know why?"
"They went crazy for you. Choon Hee please help me feel that again."
"Here, look! I bought you something."
"Mint Chocoballs! Your favorite! See if you wake up you get this nice treat. I might even eat one too if you do so."
Jungwon, teary eyed, opened the little bag taking out a small treat.
"Do you smell that? It's so gross. Open your mouth and I'll feed it to you!"
He shook her hand, hoping for a response.
"Come on, I know you want it Choon Hee, wouldn't it be funny for me to eat it?"
He quickly ate the treat with a small wince in his face.
"Agh it was so bad! Love, why aren't you laughing? Haven't you wanted to see me eat this nasty treat you like?"
"Here, I also brought you something else."
The boy sleepily bent down by his feet getting a hold of something.
"You smell it? Does it bring back any memories?"
"Choon Hee, it's a gardenia flower."
"I brought it from my grandmother's garden. You love them remember?"
"You remember when we first met? That moment is something I think about every night before bed."
"I was only helping my grandmother deliver these flowers. But you know, I knew I would meet you, love."
"Remember when I helped bring the flowers into your apartment? Haha you nearly fell Choon Hee. You've always been so clumsy, that's why I promised to stay and care for you forever."
"But I broke that didn't I. I haven't done a good job keeping my promise. Love I'm so sorry."
Puffy eyed, he held her hand, placing the flower in her palm.
"Secret love, that's what the meaning of the gardenia is."
He softly let out a chuckle, "Who am I kidding, I had to search that up a couple days ago. I was planning on telling you when you came back."
"Isn't it fate? We met each other upon just a pot of flowers, then after getting to know each other we loved each other without knowing it."
"Choon Hee, your name even means born in spring. My name, Jungwon, means garden."
"Everything fits so perfectly in it's place, don't you think?"
Jungwon gently stroked her cheeks, wet from his tears.
He lied his head next to her waist, intertwining their hands.

"Mr. Yang? Wake up, you've been in here over 2 hours."
His appearance was messy, like the mad man people depicted he was coming in the lobby not too long ago.
"Must I leave?" He asked, staring at the sleeping girl.
"Well not entirely, we have to check up on her and see her results as of now."
He stood still, letting the doctor and nurses come in.
As he took a step out of the room, he heard busy noise come from the room from behind.
He rushed in wondering what happened.
"Choon Hee?"
The girl woke up, sleepy and weak.
"CHOON HEE" He rushed to her side, ignoring the people next to him once more.
"Mr. Yang this is sudden for us as well, we were not expecting her to wake up from this coma of hers for a long time."
Ignoring the doctor he held her hands tight.
"Love, can you hear me? I'm here."
The girl lifted her head ever so gently, "Yang.. Jungwon?"
Tears streaming down his face he rubbed his thumbs against her cheeks.
"I'm here, everything will be okay."
The girl chuckled, "So you ate the Mint Chocoball at last." She made a side smile.
Jungwon couldn't believe it, she heard everything he had to say.
"You heard me?"
"Everything, I heard everything Jungwon." She continued, "Yang Jungwon, thank you for waiting."
"Thank you for caring."
"Thank you for staying with me."
"Thank you for loving me."
A tear too, went down the girl's cheek.
"Always. I will always love you." The boy responded.
Choon Hee placed a kiss on his forehead, so gently he could barely feel it.
"And I, you."
I love you, loving you,
even though every day has storms,
