Chapter 39

Killian's P.O.V (6:00pm)

Emma and I got some food before hitting the road to go back home, she insisted on driving at least half way home so that's what she is doing. She tells me that she wants me to get some rest but I think she should take her own advice but whatever. "You know I should be the one driving" I say to her as we hit the highway.

"You might believe that but it doesn't mean that I do" she says with a smile.

"Well I should be my love, you need the rest more than I do"

"Why, is it because I'm pregnant"

"Yes, yes it is"

"You are an asshole you know that"

"If it means you get sleep then I know that"

(1:10am) Sunday

I pulled into our driveway and my perfect pregnant Swan was sound asleep, I took our bags inside and then I unbuckle Emma, and carried her inside to our bedroom. She didn't wake up so I took our bags up and unpack then I took my pants and shirt off and crawled into bed right next to Emma.

*A couple days later* (3:30pm) Thursday {2 days before the wedding}

It's Thursday and that means 2 days before I get married to the love of my life, 2 days before I get to see Emma in her wedding dress. I just got out of work and Robin and I are going to make dinner for the girls, Emma doesn't know for a fact that her brother is coming or not. I know she wants him to come, but I'm not sure if he is going to because I am the one she is getting married to.

"What are you thinking about man?" Robin asks me.

"I'm going to be married in 2 days" I say to him.

"Yeah I know, I have to somehow walk Emma down and be your best man"

"Unless David shows up, then just my best man"

"Yeah, I would love to walk Emma down but if her brother shows up then I think that's his job"

"Yeah I just hope he comes for her sake"

(5:00pm)

5:00pm hits and the girls are finally back, they saw everything and they were so surprised. I loved the look on her face when she saw that we made her food, I love seeing her this way. "So Regina was telling me that she wants to have a baby shower in 2 or 3 weeks" Emma tells us.

"That sounds great and then when I win the bet you will not be happy about it" I say to Emma

"What bet?" Robin and Regina ask at the same time.

"We made this bet on what the gender of the baby is going to be and if I won the bet he would have to cook dinner for a year and if he won then he gets to decorate the baby's room" Emma tells them.

"Well good luck to both of you, Emma, what side are you on?" Regina asks.

"I think it's a boy and Killian here thinks it's a girl," she says.

"Wow that's surprising but I'm with Emma in this one," Robin says.

"Dude," I say, giving him a look.
