Chapter 14

Killian's P.O.V (5:00pm) Friday *at Killain's Place*

I noticed Emma spacing out and I know she has some things to deal with but I love her and I will stand by her no matter what. One thing that I hate right now is that Milah is still around and is trying to give Emma a reason to leave me. I've told her to leave but she won't listen, if she goes to breaking and entering then I will do everything I can to make her stop. Milah thinks I left her for Emma and that I am still in love with her but I am not whatsoever, I am in love with Emma Marie Swan and nothing is going to change that.

"Luv, you okay" I ask her.

"Yeah, I'm just thinking" she says.

"Penny for your thoughts"

"I'm just thinking of my past and how you will react to it"

"You can tell me anything"

"I'm just terrified that you'll bolt once you find out"

"No matter what it is I will be here for you, nothing is going to change that"

"Well I had an abusive ex and he's still out there...he left me for dead and because he didn't want to go to jail he left and I'm just afraid that he will find me and something bad will happen to you" she says trying to hold back tears.

"He won't hurt you, why do you think I'll leave you because of this?" I asked her.

"Because someone I went on a date with did and so I just don't want that to happen again"

"Well Swan you don't have to worry about that, I love you and I will do everything in my power to protect you. And whomever you went on that date with is a real asshole"

"I love you too, and yes he was...he was the first guy I went on a date with after what happened with my ex" she says.

"Well why don't we go and get some hot cocoa with cinnamon" I tell her.

"That sounds like the best thing ever right now, and get some popcorn"

"Of course" We made some hot cocoa with cinnamon and popcorn then we went into my bedroom and watched netflix, we cuddled up until we both fell asleep.
