Chapter 17
Emma's P.O.V (8:00pm) sunday
I finally get home from hanging out with Regina and I find Killian in the kitchen making whisky on the rocks and Rum on the rocks. "Hey what's going on?" I asked him.
"I have a friend/co worker over and his name is Neal Cassidy, want to meet him?" Killian asks me.
"Sure"
I really hope that Regina is wrong about what she said earlier, I really do. Because if she is right then I don't know what I'm going to do, even if I have Killian there with me. I walked into the other room where Killian was going and I can not believe who I saw sitting on my couch. Regina was right, I can't believe it. "Luv, you alright?" Killian asks me when he sees my face.
"Yeah I'm fine" I lie to him.
"Well, Emma this is Neal Cassidy and Neal this is my sweet and amazing girlfriend Emma Swan"
All Neal does is smile at me and then says "nice to meet you Emma" when he said my name I wanted to scream and cry and call the police but how the hell did he get a job as a cop anyway? I don't say anything because I have no idea what to do or say...what am I going to do, act like nothing happened between me and Neal, act as if everything is normal.
"Emma are you sure you're okay?" Killian asks me.
I don't say a word, I just stand there with a shocked look on my face, and to my surprise I was able to say "I have to go, I'll see you in a bit" and with that I left.
Killian's P.O.V (8:15pm)
After Emma got home I had a friend/co-worker over for some drinks, I asked Em if she wanted to meet him and she said yeah. But the strangest thing happened, she didn't say a word to him and all she did was say she had to leave after I asked her if she was okay for the second time. "I'm sorry about that, I don't know what's going on with her today" I say to Neal.
"It's fine," he says.
*later* (9:30pm)
Emma hasn't come home since she left and I have no idea where she went, I don't know what happened either. She was fine when she first got home and then something happened and I just don't know what.
(texts)
K- Em come home please. (9:35pm)
K- Emma where are you? (9:40pm)
K- Emma Darling, please come home. (10:00pm)
When I found out that texts are not going to work I tried to call her, everytime it went straight to voicemail.
