Babysitting ✮MullyxJosh✮

Yeah, I know, three little stories. This idea came up suddenly though, and I thought it would be really cute. Also, this is a multi-ship like the other one. If you want a just Josh and Mully little story, I will do one. ♥

Mully's POV

Today me and Josh are going to babysit Gaege, while Eddie is at work.

We've babysat him before, and he usually isn't that hard to handle; he's a shy little.

Last time he just colored, and when we finally got him comfortable enough to play with us, he fell asleep in my lap.

Gaege is also a really sweet guy when he isn't in little space. He talks a lot though.

Breaking out of my thoughts, I almost forgot that me and Josh had to get going.

"Hey, Josh, we're about to get going!" I yelled up the stairs.

A moment of silence, before I heard the bathroom door open.

He was wearing a white hoodie, dark blue jeans, and Nike high-tops.

"We better hurry, Eddie has to leave in 20-30 minutes. He just texted me to make sure we're still coming."

Josh and I went outside, hand in hand. "You better drive quick then."

Once we arrived, just like usual, Gaege was hid behind Eddie.

"He's still shy, but maybe he'll warm up to you more."

Nodding, I walked over to Eddie.

I pulled out a stuffed dragon from my bag, holding it. 

His eyes lit up immediately.

"How will I know if he wants this stuffed animal if he doesn't tell me"

Slowly, he walked over to me. I could now see his outfit pretty clearly.

He was wearing one of Eddie's white hoodie, pajama shorts, glasses, and white socks. You could barely see the shorts, but they were there.

Speaking up, he mumbled. "I-I do wan' it!"

My heart overloading with cuteness, I put it in his arms.

Josh was secretly recording this, watching the video after pressing stop.

"Gaege covered his ears, annoyed by his own voice." (Same though, same 😔)

Eddie softened his face. "Don't worry baby, you don't actually sound like that."

Watching Eddie reassure Gaege made me feel fuzzy. They have such a good bond, and Gaege barely ever acts up. 

"Oh shit, I have to get going." Eddie gave Gaege a quick kiss on the cheek, grabbing his keys.

"If you is bad, for any reason, please tell me. I love you bubba."

We watched as he closed the door and left.

A moment of silence was spent before josh spoke up.

"We should probably make him something to eat, like a snack."

Gaege looked up, nodding quickly. "C-Can I haf gold fishies..!"

Laughing, I nodded. "Of course you can have gold fishies. You have to sit at the table like a good boy though."

He ran over to the table, sliding onto one of the seat. The dragon still in his arms.

Josh went into the pantry, getting out the Goldfish and a plastic blue bowl.

Pouring them in, Gaege started eating the orange, fish shaped crackers.

Josh's POV

Mully came over to me, giving me a quick kiss on the lips.

"Do you think we should adopt? Maybe not now, but in the future?"

My face flushed, but, I really thought about it. Would me and Mully be good parents?

I've always adored children, but the thought of having one of my own with my boyfriend, is kind of scary. What if I'm not good enough?

"I would love to raise a child with you Mully. Anything with you is amazing."

He noticed the little bit of doubt in my voice, frowning. "What's wrong Joshie..?"

"What if I'm a bad parent in the future.." My face formed into a frown too, but he smiled once he processed what I had said.

"You will be an amazing dad, and husband." Again my face flushed.

Suddenly, we were interrupted by Gaege yelling that he had finished his Goldfish.

He had a few crumbs on his face, letting out a small burp. 

We laughed at Gaege's red embarrassed face.

"Es..cuse me.." He tried to say, but only slightly succeeded.

Going over to pick up the surprisingly light male, I put him on the couch.

I switched the channels for a while until he finally picked one. "Blues clues! Blues clues!"

So, he ended up watching Blues clues with Mully while I was in the bathroom. The sound of him and my boyfriend singing along with the mail box was adorable.

"You just got a letter, you Just got a letter! You just got a letter, lets see who it's from!"

Washing my hands, I came out, smiling at the two on the floor.

Gaege was beside Mully, entranced by the Tv that was above them.

"It seems he's definitely gotten closer with you, hasn't it?" I sat next to Mull, rubbing my thumb over his hand.

"Yeah. I love you so much Josh." He kissed my cheek lovingly.

"I love you too you big idiot." I chuckled, Gaege still looking up at the Tv.

The time was about 7:56, almost Gaege's bed time (as a little).

Thankfully for us, he was opening and closing his eyes, hand froze in place as he colored.

Putting two hands under his arms, I lifted him, letting him wrap his leg around my waist.

"It's your bedtime little boy." I said in a silly way, him just humming as a response.

Me and Mully walked upstairs, putting him in his and Eddie's bed carefully.

He had fallen asleep about 5 minutes after I picked him up, letting out silent snores as he slept peacefully.

I covered him with the duvet on the bed, taking off his glasses.

"All in a days work, right Mull?" I joked, hugging his side.

"Yup, all in a days work."
