ERIS' POV

"Karlyyy, where are you? nood na tayo ng movie." I shouted as it is 9pm already and I haven't seen Karly again.

Me and Karly, we've been roommates for 2 years. She's taking medicine sa UST, ako naman I am taking law sa San Beda. Wala kaming imikan kapag may upcoming exam, case studies or oral recitation so more like araw-araw.

Kidding aside, there are times that our vacant hours or rest days meet each other's which enables us to bond either through watching films or going out with our friends from beda and ust din.

"Yes, I'll be there in a minute. I'm just reminding Lawrence about something." Karly replied.

Patay, seryoso si Karly, mukhang pinapagalitan si Law HAHAHAHA. However, I know naman na maaayos nila kung ano man yon jusko, 3 years na silang ganyan surviving pa rin naman.

"Play ko na to ah." I informed her since I saw her done talking to Law and just getting some snacks.

We are watching Titanic for the nth time tonight. I don't know how but this movie never gets old, this is one of my favorite films ever since. Kapag napapanood ko to same feels pa rin talaga at walang makakadistract sakin kasi I still want to observe every detail kahit ilang ulit na.

Kapag napapanood ko to para bang ang sarap ulit magmahal. Char, kabag lang yan Eris mawawala rin yan.

Okay, hindi ko bubuksan ang phone ko, pinipili ko ang titanic.

Hawak-hawak ko na yung phone ko kasi I decided na tingnan yung notification just in case emergency pala siya pero ayoko ibreak yung nakasanayan kong no phone during titanic, kaya sige ibababa ko na muna ulit yung phone.

*after 1 minute*

I looked at my phone that is placed on the center table. I don't know what's up with me or is there something wrong. It's just that I feel like I need to see what the notification is about.

I grabbed my phone again and realized na hindi naman nakakakaba yung feeling so hindi emergency to, sure na. Siguro sale to sa shopee? Voucher? Cashback? Okay no, I'll open it later.

*After 1 minute*

What the hell, Eris? Nakatingin ka nanaman sa phone mo.

"Alam mo Eris, go." Karly said.

"Huh?" I asked since I didn't get what she said.

"Eris, there's something bothering you. If it's because of the notif, open mo na, ipapause ko tong movie for you." She suggested.

"No it's okay, continue watching lang." I replied.

Okay, ioopen ko na yung phone ko pero grabe whatever this is, I don't know what's with you pero first time kong hindi makapag focus sa panonood ng titanic dahil sayo.
