"Guys, can we have all of your attention, please?" Pagtawag ni Gab sa lahat ng nasa gymnasium ng subdivision nila.

"Kung kumain na ang lahat I guess we should start?" Gab asked.

Chineck naman ni Adi kung ang lahat nga ay nakakain na para malaman kung ready na rin ba sila.

"Ayon, I'm Timothee Gabriel Morelli, and this right here beside me is Adiel Eadrianne Gutierrez. Kami po bale ni Adi ang na assign this year para mag organize ng event for the fund raising and for the past week, we've come up with ideas with the help of our friends." Pagsisimulang iorient ni Gab ang lahat ng mga kailangan para sa event.

"Pwede niyo nalang po akong tawagin na Adi and eto naman po si Gab. Sa mga friends po namin na nandito, yung mga tao po na nandito sa right side ay mga members ng UP, yung organization nila tito and para naman po sa mga members, eto po yung friends namin sa left side na tutulong din po." Adi added.

"To get to know more about the event, I'll let Adi nalang po na mag explain kaya upo muna po tayong lahat and try to listen carefuly na rin po." Gab said.

"Since every year UP is organizing something to raise funds, this year we thought of leveling up its game. Last year I think nagbenta sila ng pre loved items and 100% ng nalikom yung dinonate together with the donations from random people na rin. This year, para naman mag enjoy din tayo lalo, we decided na christmas concert nalang yung gawin." Adi sais.

"For the christmas concert, Gab will try to reach out to at least 2-3 OPM bands, meron din tayong gagawin na short play which will be directed by Miss Elaine Pineda and a dance number for the opening and closing." Adi added.

A member of UP raised his hand and asked, "Kailan po ang target natin na date for the concert?"

"This November 26 para yung next weeks ay makapagprepare na sa donations sa tatlong charities at para umabot yung donations before christmas." Adi explained.

"Po? Parang ang bilis naman." Pagkagulat ng ibang members ng UP.

"Kakayanin po natin yan since ngayon naman ay ready na yung script para sa play and nag email na rin si Gab sa managers ng band last week. Waiting nalang for confirmation, tatawagan daw tayo." Adi said.

"What about the venue?" Biglang pagtanong naman ni Caden.

"For sure hindi tayo papayagan dito sa subdivision kasi maaabala lahat ng nakatira kapag dumagsa yung mga tao so ang sinuggest sakin ni Gab ay yung kalapit lang ng labas ng subdivision na open area. Ang may ari daw ng lupa na yon if I'm not mistaken is business partner ng dad ni Gab kaya pwede siya. Any questions po?" Adi explained again and asked if may questions pa ang lahat.

"For the tech team? Meron na ba?" Rap asked.

"Oh for that, hahanap pa kami pero baka may kakilala po kahit sino dito? Suggest lang po." Adi said.

"Leave it to me and Tristan!" Rap said excitedly.

"Pasama na rin kami bro ni Emil." Caden said.

"Okay, thank you! So for the tech team it's Rap, Tristan, Caden and Emil?" Adi wanted to confirm.

"Count us in na rin po para in case may technical difficulties, maraming gagalaw." A member of UP said and pointed 5 other people making the tech team composed of 10 people.

"Okay guys so para hindi na rin masayang yung remaining hours ng araw na 'to. Okay lang ba kung mag plan or practice na tayo today?" Gab suggested.
