Ev and Bella shout while running out of their dance classes. Today Bella is sleeping over at ours that's why I'm picking her up.
"How was dancing?" I ask.
"Good." Ev answers.
"We're doing a Duett this week. With the same song we used years ago!!" Bella then says. It must be the stronger together dance!
Walking up to the car Everleigh asks me
"Where's dad? He promised me he'd come with you."
"He's still working but he'll be with us soon."
Mon El has been working a lot on this spaceship he's building so I think that's why Everleigh is upset.
I get that she's sad. I mean she isn't used to not having him with her. Also, she's been worrying about Mon El flying away with this spaceship all by himself and to be honest I'm not really into this idea either. He shouldn't go alone...
But we can't do anything about it, he wants to go to daxam so bad after he found out his mother is still alive.
It's crazy that daxamites can revive once from their ashes!
But I can't go with him now that Rhea made it clear to us that she just wants to see Mon El.
I trust him and I know nothing is going to happen to him.

"So wich movie are we going to watch today?" I ask the girls. We always watch movies together when it's Friday night and Bella sleeps over at ours.
"Coraline!" They shout.
"Coraline?"
"Yep!" Bella takes a sip of her juice.
"Alright."
*Later while watching the movie*
"I'm back!" It's Mon!
"Dad!"
While he's turning around to hang his jacket on the wardrobe Ev jumps on his back.
"Why does work always take so long for you?"
"I'm sorry baby.."
Before sitting down he gives me a peck on my cheek.
"How was it?" I ask.
"This is the last week we're working on it. I'm flying next week."
"You sure you wanna do this?"
"Uhm hmm" he answers nicking.
*A week later*
Mon el's pov
"Promise me you'll be back soon"
"Believe me, I'll be back before you even realize!"
"Promise?"
"Promise."
I get up till I'm standing in front of Kara.
„Darling-"
She looks worried and I don't understand why...
„Please take care of yourself ok?"
„I will"
