"How do I look?" Niall twirls to show his maroon suit to Harry and Curtis, giggling to himself.

"Good enough." Curtis rolls his eyes and pushes Niall out of the way. "We've got to hurry before we're late."

"Why are you always on a schedule? It's okay to be late, ya know-"

"This event is very important and if we're late, it'll be very unprofessional of us." He cuts him off, glaring at him and at Harry for just standing there in silence. "So come on."

"Yes sir," Niall laughs loudly, throwing his arm over Curtis' shoulder. "Let's go!"

"Please don't touch me." The blond man removes his arm and walks ahead of the two.

"But you're my date," He pouts after him, he turns to Harry and sighs. "Harry?"

"Yes?" Harry doesn't turn to look at him.

"Are we... are we okay?" Niall noticed Harry has become more distant these past few days, they barely even talk now. It bothered him a lot.

Harry glances over to him, his heart clenches at the sight of Niall's sad blue, blue eyes. "Yeah, we're fine." He sniffs and walks faster to catch up with the blond, leaving Niall behind.

"You can't keep ignoring him, Harry. The poor lad is in the verge of breaking down." Curtis opens the car door and motions for him to get in. "Hurry, Niall."

"Maybe, maybe I shouldn't go... I mean, there's no reason why I should. I wasn't invited, I'm just your plus one and-"

"Are you done?" He shoots him a look, he watches him huff and pout. "Get in the car."

"I'm serious, Curt." He scoffs. "He doesn't want me to go."

"Did he tell you that?" Curtis asks impatiently.

"No but-"

"Get inside the car, Niall." The blond man sees him get into the car with a frown. He slides into the car as well making sure to shove Niall closer to Harry and further away from him, he shuts the door behind him and lets the driver know where to take them.

"Curt, could you maybe scoot a little. Me arse is numb from sitting like this." Niall whines, he was trying his best not to touch Harry. He didn't want to piss him off.

"Well sit correctly." He scolds.

Niall doesn't sit correctly, instead he shuts his eyes and sulks in silence. He was relieved when he notices they've stopped and Curtis starts opening the door. He was quick to shove Curtis off the way to get some fresh air.

"Eager much?" Curtis smirks at him. "Okay so, Harry and I will be going over there to talk to some people meanwhile you go on and mingle or whatever but please stay out of trouble."

"I'm not a child." He rolls his eyes and walks away from them.

"He's right, you know." Harry says his eyes glued to Niall's retreating figure. He has to admit, Niall looks very good in a suit. "He's not a child."

"Yet you treat him like one," Curtis says with a glare. "Listen, today we're focusing on her. Her name's Cassie, she's interested in a few great projects involving S.H.E. that can benefit you and her, so I suggest you charm her and have her go through with it."

Harry nods in understanding and puts on a smile as he makes his way through the people to approach Cassie. But just as he's about to introduce himself, a certain brunette catches his attention. Niall had his head thrown back in laughter, as a tall man kept whispering into his ear. He clenches his jaw and changes his direction, he starts heading over to them instead.
