Hailee and I had gone to a picnic, she was feeling uneasy. She had learned about Elizabeth's divorce and she had asked me if I was going to leave her for Elizabeth, I wasn't, and I tried to reassure her of it.

But each time she saw Elizabeth inside the house, I could see the sadness behind her eyes, if she stayed for supper, she would keep to herself and not really talk, I thought about firing Elizabeth, but she had nowhere to go, Scarlett had taken the kids to New York with her and Chris for a while.

The Olsen family had turned their back on her, and Taylor and Thomas weren't in town, and even if they were, Taylor wasn't a big fan of Elizabeth, so that wouldn't work either. So as of lately, Elizabeth was living in the mansion.

Katerina wanted to take her in, but her house was too small, and there was no way she could care for Elizabeth.

I knew that having the woman that I used to love in my house was a lot for Hailee, and like I said, even if she didn't complain, I could see that it was hurting her.

So, I decided to cheer her up with a date.
We went to one of the private gardens in town, I laid a blanket on the grass, we ate, drank wine, had fun and talked.

My back was resting against the tree and Hailee had her head resting on my chest.

Everything was quiet, I was playing with her fingers and she had her eyes closed as she listened to everything that was going around us.

" Are you feeling better my love?" I whispered and she nodded " I am, this is relaxing"

" Then why is your body still tense?" I asked and she shook her head " I don't know, my mind is relaxed, but I can't seem to let go of the weight of the idea of you and Elizabeth, she's free, she could be yours"

" I don't want her, I want you, all of you"

Y/n presses her lips against Hailee's softly, almost hesitantly, pulling her into her body. Her hand cups her cheek and her thumb soothes the corner of her jawbone, feeling the warm skin underneath her fingers.

Hailee started to kiss her back, Y/N laid her on the blanket and her hands started to roam under Hailee's dress never breaking the kiss until they felt the first raindrops land on their skin. The weather has turned quickly, and while the sun was still out, the sky outside was slowly turning into a milky grey that threatens more rain.

"It's going to rain" Y/N whispered and Hailee nodded " yes, but I don't care, just kiss me... Please"

Hailee didn't have to say that twice. Y/N leaned forward and started to Kiss Hailee again, whose hands tangling around her neck. It isn't long before their mouths move against each other firmly, almost ferociously, a kiss that is long overdue, something they have both been craving for a long, long time.

Y/N grazed Hailee's bottom lip with her tongue, before gently nipping at it with her teeth. They deepen the kiss even further, Hailee's tongue seeping to Y/N's mouth,making her groan at the feeling.

They haven't done this in so long, Hailee felt Y/N hand flush against her, a seam of heat racing through her, made maddening by the layers of fabric between them.

"I missed this," Y/N admits between kisses, fingers finally managing to make their way to Hailee center under the countless layers of fabric

Hailee nodded. "Me too." A soft whimper falls from her lips as her wife-to-be starts kissing her again. I need you to..." She takes a sharp intake of breath. "Do something."

Y/N hums quietly and tears away from the kiss, but before Hailee can even start to wonder what she is about to do, she has already moved her lips to her neck. She starts leaving a trail of open-mouthed kisses on the soft skin underneath her earlobe, making her way down all the way to Hailee's collarbone. Her tongue is hot contrary to the cold rain that is thrumming down on them, Hailee whines at the sensation, head tilting backwards to expose even more skin.

Y/N sinks her teeth into the junction of her shoulder, Hailee hears herself whimpering, her voice laced with desire. "Can you just -"

As if on cue, Y/N starts opening her dress, fingers quick and light as she moves the fabric down. Hailee's hips lift instinctively. Allowing Y/N to push her dress up.

"Go, you're just so perfect..." Y/N mumbles, Hailee feels y/N right hand smooth over her left thigh; moving it up until her thumb comes to rest in the crease of her pelvis. "What do you want me to do?" she whispers into her ear.

"You," Hailee moans. "I want you"
Y/N slides her fingers down into Hailee and her mouth immediately falls open on a long, choked breath. She trembles as her fiancee starts stroking her slowly.

"You're really we-"

Her words are swallowed by Hailee's moans. "Yeah, well, we haven't done this in forever," Hailee answers, struggling to get her words out.

Whose fault is that? Y/N thinks but she doesn't say anything, desperately not wanting to ruin this moment, just focusing on Hailee, and Hailee alone.

She adds a second finger, pushing down deeper, making her fiancee whimper at the sensation.

"...Y/N .. I ..."

Y/N was familiar with Hailee's body, she knew exactly what the younger girl liked, needed and wanted.
She knew exactly how to curl her fingers, and how to touch her, when to push harder or deeper.

That's why she already knew, what was about to happen, Hailee moaned louder as Y/N started to put pressure against her g-spot, while moving her fingers inside of her harder and faster, Hailee's nails started digging into her shoulder, and then, Her entire body quivers, her eyes are closed, brow furrowing, her mouth gasping for air silently.

Y/N kissed her and helped her ride out her high before she slowly pulled away and licked her fingers clean, they looked into each other's eyes and Y/N smiled.

" I love you"

" I love you more" Hailee said and they shared another kiss before a loud thunder echoed.

Y/n helped Hailee up and started to fix her clothes.

" We better get going, before this rain gets any worse"

Hailee nodded and they put everything away before they started to make their way home, they didn't beat the rain, and by the time they made their way back of the mansion, they were both soaking wet.

Katerina opened the door and looked at them in horror.

" Girls! Come in! You can get sick" she said and Y/N and Hailee just laughed and walked inside the house.

" Y/N a letter came from Ireland." Katerina said and Y/N nodded and kissed Hailee before she happily made her way to her office to read the letter.

Elizabeth looked at Y/N and her heart broke as she saw how happy she was without her.

Katerina turned to face her.

" Elizabeth, go heat up the water for the two bathtubs"

Hailee looked at Elizabeth and shook her head " just one will do Elizabeth" she said and Elizabeth nodded.

" Very well Hailee, should I put the clothes by the tub "

Hailee shook her head again " don't bother. We won't be needing them, but you can start the fireplace in Y/N's room, and it's Miss Steinfeld."

Elizabeth nodded and went upstairs to do as she was told.

Hailee was done feeling insecure around Elizabeth, Y/N had chosen her, it was time for her to act like Y/N Kinsale's fiancee, and not the scared little girl she was when she first met Y/N.
