This was the outfit I had chosen to wear to the zoo. We drove to a zoo that was very far away because mum wanted to do one that we drove thru. Which I was excited about because I loved the zoo.
Dad was driving and mum was sat in the passengers side. Rose was in the middle at the back while I sat behind dad and Harrison was behind mum. Rose was sat in the middle because mum said she'd try to get out of the car or something. While we were driving it was a long que like traffic but I guess it was good because you'd see more animals. The first few were just birds and well I wasn't very excited there. But next was camels which I was suprised by because well it's not Dubai. We were aloud to open our widows to feed them so that's what I did. Mum handed me a bag with some of the food they had bought out front. I let my hand out and they started eating from it which was more scary then I had originally thought. Scarlett was recording us all because as this was happening rose was chucking food out of the car at these poor things. She wasn't letting them go. Chris told us we were holding up the line so we had to drive off. The next one was lions and we asked " can we put the widows down?" And Chris locked all of them and said " over my damn body are you three okay?" And we smiled at him. I had gotten rose in my lap to sit and have a better look. She was very excited when a lion walked straight up to the car but Chris shat himself and yelled " it thinks you're good omg we're gonna be on the news for this" and I looked at him astonished by how quick it took him to crap his pants. The rest were too exciting u til we got to the monkeys. As we drove up to it the signs said that they could rip cars apart or whatever and Chris read that and I swear his face made my day. " what! No it's a new car we're going back" and Scarlett laughed " how you gonna drive thru the Lions homes? We have to go it's a one way road" and he turned to us at the back " right anything happens to the car I'm leaving you with the monkeys" and I couldn't help but say " I live with them already" and they all turned to galre at me. " sorry except rose" and rose smiled and leaned into me while the rest glared at me. " not funny" Scarlett mumbled which led me to laugh again.
We got to the moneys and well it was like Chris had food stuck to the outside of his car. They were on his car first chance they got. The car in front of us had its window wiper taken off which led dad to stress out even more. It really didn't help that we were laughing at him. Own monkey came to his window and well it's definitely a baboon because when it turned it showed dad it's red arse" Scarlett laughed and said " I think it likes you Chris" and he mocked her " I think it likes you Chris" which led her to smack his arm. Rose was giggling at the monkeys while I was patting that they didn't shit on the car because Chris would probably have us clean it as punishment. Or more me because I came up the h this idea. I really didn't regret it but then again I did.
We left the zoo and we drove to a nice restaurant that was close by. It wasn't too fancy but it definitely wasn't a McDonald's either. I'm very picky with my food so I was taking my time with ordering. I knew everyone kinda knew what they wanted but I didn't. " frogger just get the pasta and you can share my fish" harrsion whispered at me and I nodded because I wasn't sure if the meat was halal that's why we went with safer options. Mum and dad along with r use had said there riders but Harrison knew that I was shy when it came to saying what I wanted so he did for me. " hi can we get the fish grilled with mash and veg and then can I get a salad too. And then can I get a Parmesan pasta but with Fries and two cokes" and he looked at me for confrontation and I nodded and smiled. I'd isn't say anything because I knew that my parents were wanting to ask why but I didn't wanna answer. It's just easier is Harrison orders for me I hate doing it.
The food arrived and we ate the pasta was actually very nice I didn't have to pick of Harrison's plate like normal which was good. I did Manage to eat most of it which Harrison was happy about. Usually when we ate out I'd leave most of the food because i didn't like something about it. We did get desserts I had a chocolate cake which was heavenly. I didn't think I could fall in love with cake but I just did.
We drove home and well I was exhausted and so was everyone else by the looks of things. I went straight to my room for sleep because that all I've wanted but my room didn't feel the same. I wanted my mum but she was probably asleep. So she wants gonna come in here now. So I'd have to go to her room. Which was embarrassing aswell. I got changed and walked into her room. She wasn't there and she wasn't in her bathroom either but I couldn't care less. I just got into her bed and fell asleep.
Scarlett's POV
Chris dropped us off and had to head back home because he was working tomorrow. I didn't mind I got all three of my kids into the house and up to bed. Rose did need me to help her get ready for her night. She insisted upon reading a book for her to sleep too which made me think about my Rhisey's and if she had anyone to read to her. I always made it a priority and apart of roses bed time but I didn't know if the twins also got that. I'd have to ask about that. Rose ended up falling asleep after a few pages which I was happy for because I was too tired to stay awake. I got out of the room and headed to say goodnight to Harry who was low-fat trying to fall asleep. I did get to Rhislett's room but I stopped because I wanted to change first and the climb into her bed. She was probably asleep anyway so I didn't mind. I went to my room and saw my baby girl asleep. I was happy she came in here for two reasons. First one meant I didn't have to walk back to her room and two was because as much as I struggled to sleep without her this assured me she somewhat did too. I love her more then anything and she old enough that I knew this would be okay. This is 13 years of cuddles making up for the loss okay. Leave us alone. I go into bed and just cuddled up with my baby. I fell asleep with a happy heart.
