7 - Theories

I can't believe I'm still writing this xD

"Hey Mummy Sheep, can I use the computer?" Suzy asked.

Mummy Sheep looked up from the table where she was reading about important firesheep business.

"Oh yeah sure, go ahead."

Suzy ran up the stairs, two at a time, until she reached the study. She hopped on the chair and logged onto the computer.

The screen lit up, and Suzy clicked the search engine. It was time to do some research.

First she looked up Etueliuq legends, clicking on the 'cold ones.' After scanning the article, she confirmed that what Danny had said was a real legend.

Nothing else had been included in the article apart from what Danny told her. 

None of the other articles had any extra information, either.

Next she searched up 'the cold ones'. A lot of articles were rubbish, or irrelevant. Finally she found an authentic looking article. It was the last one. She crossed her hooves, and hoped it would be a website with the information she needs.

At last, it loaded. There were different topics, about different types of 'cold ones'. She clicked on the first one.

It was about a group of cold, bloodsuckers that lived in a town she had never heard of. Suzy shivered.

As she researched the next few, she noticed that they were all similar. There were some obvious differences, but some topics kept reappearing. The cold one were all cold, and that they all drank blood. 

Some topics even claimed that the cold ones were dead beings, come back to life to suck the blood out of everyone.

Suzy clicked on the last topic. It was about... vampires???

Suddenly, Suzy had a sense of foreboding. Everything was starting to make sense. Too much sense.

She remembered Freddy's cold hands, the dark, animalistic glint in his eye. The way he could track things with super senses, and was stronger than your average animal. 

Suzy had just chalked it down to the fact he was a fox, and that he had been working out. Which it totally could have been, but with all these other theories and connections floating around in her head...

Reading further along the topic, she noticed more and more. How vampires liked to stay out of the sun, or wore pelts to hide their supernatural-ness. How they were extra good looking, to attract prey.

Prey. Was that all she was to him?

Suzy logged off the computer. She could only find out so much from the internet.

She'd have to get the rest of the information from him. From Freddy.

As Suzy got ready to go to bed, a plan started to form in the back of her mind.

It's kinda short, but this is a filler chapter and my computer broke so I couldn't care less lol
