Erik pressed his ear to the hidden door of box five a smile played at the corner of his mouth, "have it your way."

Erik snuck to the top balcony, it was time for the phantom to come back. "Well, well my dear managers it seems you have forgotten my commands." The crowd and cast whispered to each other, "Yes the opera ghost is alive and well." Erik mocked, "Now if you would kindly give me my seat back no one will get hurt." Erik noticed a few police move from their posts, he watched his eyes kept sight of the threats. Raoul leaned out of the box he spotted Erik and sunk back.

Erik jumped from beam to beam till he was in the center over the audience. Voices surrounded him, Raoul had set this up. There were six police two to the north and two to the south, and one on the east and the west. People flead out of the opera house knowing full well of what happened the last time Erik was seen. Erik looked around for an escape route, it was too much of a risk to jump and he couldn't get to the two trap doors that were there.

"Give up monster!" Raoul shouted from the box. Eriks heart was racing, he had walked straight into the trap now he was surrounded. "Raoul! Stop this now!" Christine screamed, Erik spotted a ladder that led to the roof. Erik whipped his head back and forth as the police came closer and closer to him. He sprinted to the ladder throwing the police out of the way, he pulled himself up the ladder he was halfway up when the trap door opened to another guard. "Give up." The man growled, "now climb down the ladder and no one will get hurt."

"Erik!" Ada cried running to him. As the police bound his hands. He gave a forced smile, "I've escaped worse. I'll be back." They escorted Erik out of the opera house. Tears flowed down Ada's cheeks, "Nadir!" She screamed spotting the Persian. "Nadir they took him!"

"I know, Erik is smart he's escaped prisons before I'll visit him tomorrow." Nadir assured. "Thank you."

"Raoul! Why are you doing this?" Christine cried storming into their bedroom. "Because he is still after you! Christine its for your protection!" Christine sat on the bed trying to control her emotions, "He's in love with someone else he deserves her and you just destroyed him again."
"A circus freak doesn't deserve love!" Raoul hissed sneering his lip. Christine stood up and grabbed a blanket. "Goodnight Raoul." Christine growled slamming the door shut leaving him alone. What happened to the love struck man that she married 6 years ago?

"You're in here for protection." The guards growled throwing Erik in a cell. "I dont need protection." Erik hissed to the guards, "Not for you! For the other prisoners."

"Well, I never knew a prison could be so thoughtful." Erik mocked laying down on the wooden cot making himself as comfortable as possible. "Ah, shut up demon." Erik laughed propping his head with his hands. "Could you please unchain me these are highly uncomfortable." The men laughed jingling the keys. "You are to be kept in maximum security, you can not escape." Erik rolled his eyes, "I can escape, you just see."

The guards closed the door, "I don't trust that guy." Erik herd one guard tell the other. Erik got as comfortable as possible, Erik tested how far he could go chained to the wall he couldn't even get to the door. Erik rubbed some warmth into his arms, he looked through the small six by six inch window at the paris streets, this may take a while.
