"You want to know of the conclusion I came up with?" The blonde boy asked with pure happiness glinting in his eyes.
The brunette sighed, nodding her head. "Sure, why not? What's the worst that could happen." She said sarcastically, directing her attention from Kate to the boy.
Simon smiled innocently, "Deena you're probably going to fail high school because of home much you've been skipping this year, also we should definitely go to a party."
The curly haired girl scoffed, "Uhm one Sam's also skipped just as much school as me and two no."
Kate and Simon looked at each other before bursting into laughter. After a while they calmed down, "Yeah but everyone loves Sammy. You need to go Deena."
The brunette rolled her eyes, "Oh yes totally, I'm so down." She replied with so much sarcasm it was a surprise Simon didn't catch on.
"Wait really?" The blonde's smile widen.
"No."
Simon's face dropped, "Bu-"
Deena cut him off, "You know there's this word. It has two letters, n and o. It spells out the word no." The blonde girl that had been listening into the conversation giggled while Simon's face contorted into a face even herself couldn't describe.
He turned to face Sam, "Sammy back me up." He pleaded with puppy dog eyes. Sam almost fell for it until she felt a jab to her side. The blonde girl quickly looked at the tanner girl beside her, her eyes wide open.
"That hurt. Why'd you hit me?" Sam whined.
The brunette shrugged in response, "Dunno what you're talking about." She kept her mouth in a straight line.
The blonde frowned before turning her attention back to Simon only to look away when she noticed he was still using his puppy dog eyes. Kate watched from the back with her arms crossed, then Simon turned to face Kate. "No. No. No. Don't involve me in this."
"Please Kate. You have to make them go."
Kate looked at the brunette who motioned a knife going across her neck and then she looked to the blonde girl right beside the brunette. Finally she turned her attention back to Simon, "I prefer life."
The blonde boy frowned, furrowing his eyebrows, "Traitor." He mumbled. Kate in response just rolled her eyes and slapped the back of his head. Simon squeaked, rubbing the back of his head. "You know you love me, so convince them to come."
Kate stared at him with a blank expression, "You wish." Simon's eyes widened, he put his hand over his heart and rubbed it.
"Don't deny it. You want this." He gestured to himself, meanwhile Deena and Sam were enjoying the show. It's free entertainment after all.
"Yeah no, keep dreaming." Kate spoke dismissing him.
The tanned brunette chuckled, "She's only got eyes for my brother. Better luck next time Simon." Deena cooed, rubbing his hair soothingly as though he was a child in need of something happy. The blonde boy swatted her hand away grumbling under his breath.
"Wait what?" The blonde girl questioned, her face full of confusion. Her gaze kept switching between the brunette and the tanned girl. Trying to comprehend what she just heard.
"This idiot likes my brother, don't know why though. I'm obviously the hotter sibling." Deena joke while pointing a finger a Kate.
Kate crossed her arms and smirked, "To Sam you're the hottest sibling but to me? Nah you're just straight up ugly."
The blonde's cheeks tinted pink at that comment, "I-I- uhm no I- what?" Sam stuttered out in an attempt to defend herself from being called out like that.
