"welp i gotta blast so see you guys."
after an hour of walking around and getting followed, her body wanted to drop down dead from the mere idea. wanting to get away from them desperately but unable to due to them insisting it was fine.
deep down, to her it wasn't fine. she knew it fair and square that it wasn't fine. but hell if they'd listen. she wanted to be mad, she wanted to be unhappy, she wanted to be unsure. but they were just so good at reassuring her.
they were just so good. they were so nice and reassuring that they could've stopped someone from murder with their silver tongues. it was hurtful deep down inside. how they can just get pass without any repercussions.
it was like a half jealousy to something that didn't even involve as deeply as it did. it was the cold truth and she hated that it was. finally making it to the dorms. she traveled through the main chill lounge of the dorm, not noticing the figure that she passed.
too stressed out, she threw most of her things on the bed. digging through them to find all of her things. grinning, she pulled out the new bearings to her board and placed them on her desk with show. doing a quick dance of joy before digging out her gift to her cat.
"hey pups, come here." calling for him, the cat stood there, just staring at her. then hopping on her desk chair and laying there comfortably. rolling her eyes, she smiled and pulled out the new cat bed for him. "your old one is falling apart so an upgrade is needed." she cooed, picking up the old bag and laying it in her trashcan.
watching the now confused cat jump from the safety of the desk chair and over to the new bed. he looked around it for a moment before touching it and deciding it was worthy of his time. cheering silently, she watched her cat lay their in new comfort. god she loved her cat.
feeling her phone vibrate, she heard the slight pings of her notifications. pushing her lips into a thin line, picking up her phone to view the notifications only to be slightly disappointed.

her heart hurt by that. how could everyone in the entire group chat see what the problem is except the problem itself. coughing, the stinging feeling of tears welled up in her eyes. why did it hurt so much? no no no, it's okay. stop overreacting.
