Chapter 9: Explanations

(A month and a half later, Night's POV)

Me and my team were in the training room with the team FNKI. Krystal was fighting with Ivori, Resare was chasing Neon around the room, Dragon was fighting with Flynt and I was fighting Kobalt.

This guy had no weapon, he was fighting hand-to-hand. He was hitting my sword, which I was hiding behind, with all his might. He tried to hit me in the face, then in the torso before trying to sweep me away. I dodged with a back flip before trying to hit him in the torso with my sword, which he caught in flight by the barrel before knocking me against the wall.

I made up for it by sticking my sword into the wall and then I pulled myself up on the handle of my weapon before jumping up and running at him. He tried to hit me in the face, but I turned into smoke and went behind his back to sweep him off his feet and kick him in the forehead with my shin.

(Dragon's POV)

Flynt propelled me against a wall with the sound of his trumpet before lunging at me and kicking me, which I dodged by ducking before headbutting him in the abdomen and trying to sweep him off his feet, but he dodged by doing a sideways jump before rolling backwards several times to get away from me. He blew his trumpet again, but I spat fire to counter. I made it through with no problem, but Flynt ended up with a few burns. Oops.

(Krystal's POV)

Ivori was trying to lash out at me while he remained fixed with one hand behind his back. I was dodging his blows with as much good as bad. I did a sideways somersault before I got hit in the calf with a whip, knocking me to the ground. He tried to lash out again, but I dodged and rolled to the side before taking a whip to the buttocks, making me scream in pain. I got up and looked at Ivori icily

"Oh gosh! I'm so sorry, I didn't mean it, I swear!" He apologized with fear in his voice. I drew my sword before activating my semblance and charging at him. I kicked him in the abdomen before hitting him in the face with my scabbard and cutting his white suit with my sword. Ivori was left shirtless before I kicked him in the nose with my shin, knocking him to the ground.

"Never again do you whip me like that." I growled at him.

"Yes ma'am..." He answered me in a weak voice.

(Resare's POV)

"COME BACK!" I yelled at Neon, who didn't know what to do but run around the room bragging to me. She's pissing me off!

"Come on, little doggie, gimme a paw!" She answered me! She's fucking kidding at me!

"Keep calling me 'little doggie' and you're going to get a trip to the vet, kitten!" I growled at her as I jumped onto one of the center walls of the room before propelling myself with my Knuckles to get closer to Neon.

"Oooouuuuh! I'm scared!" She continues to taunt me.

"You should!" I yelled at her as I continued to propel myself toward her.

(Narrator's POV)

After winnowing with Resare, Neon finally stopped after sowing it. Well, after thinking she had lost her. The canine faunus sprang from the top of the wall before shooting at her. Neon dodged before fleeing, but her Semblance was deactivated, allowing Resare to catch up to the cat-tailed faunus, walk past her, grab her by the neck, lift her up and tackle her to the ground.

(Night's POV)

We all gathered in the middle of the room after practice. Neon had a black eye, Flynt had burns and Ivori ended up shirtless. Actually it was only Kobalt who came out unscratched, he was just a little stunned.
