Hoseok raked his eyes over the figure that stood by the threshold of the balcony with his jaw hanging open. He must be seeing things for the girl who stood in front of him right there was an exact replica of the pictures on his phone.

Sia Winters stared down at him with a self-assured smirk that was just too knowing of the effect she had on anyone who set her eyes on her. With her featherlight hair blowing in the cool humid breeze of the morning, offering him a peek of her white highlights underneath and in a flowing white dress that was so unlike her usual oversize plaid shirts, Sia looked positively like a goddess. Hoseok mentally reprimanded himself for the thought but he couldn't deny that this was not something he'd ever expected Sia to pull off. It felt as if he were truly meeting Sia Winters for the first time.

"Y-you're a model."

Hoseok blurted out before he could stop himself and Sia raised an eyebrow, "You didn't know?"

He was too stunned to respond. Maybe he was expecting her to deny and point out that it wasn't her but her confirmation just made it all the worse. Hoseok thought he knew Sia. Oh boy, was he wrong.

He cleared his throat. "A-are you going to some fancy brunch?"

"No."

"Then where are you going?" He asked, eyeing her dress that was a stark contrast to her plaids and button-ups.

"I'm coming with you to the mountains, silly." Sia simply replied.

"Is that what you're wearing?" He exclaimed, pointing at her 3-inch heels.

"Got a problem with that?" Sia softly inquired.

He held up his hands in submission. "I was just commenting on how unconventional and inconvenient those are."

"For people like you? Maybe. But for me, fashion is comfort."

That's what I said.

Sia thought miserably as she walked to the bus stop with Hoseok in tow, trying hard not to focus on the pain that was creeping up her heels. This was why she preferred flats over heels. This was why comfort was her fashion.

Being a university student with student loans, Sia worked many jobs to save up her wealth and modeling was just one of those hobbies that paid. Jinnie was the one who pushed her into it and honestly, Sia liked the job but not enough to wear her model persona all the time.

She was a realistic person. Being comfortable and efficient was her thing. But a certain Mr.Flawless had been bruising her ego for a while with his undeniable good looks every time they went anywhere and she had had enough.

Sia strutted down the streets, her accessories jingling with each step luring the eyes of anyone nearby.

Hah! Take that Mr.Flawless. Be the squid of this pair for once.

Whispers of admiration, some of envy, some of incredulity followed her. That's right. He was not even worth looking at half as much as her. Sia flipped a part of her hair, leaving a trail of her fragrance lingering behind. Triumphantly, she looked to see how her companion was faring as the potato, not being the center of attention for once.

She suppressed a scowl as she found him scrolling through his phone without a care in the world. He didn't even notice the shift in popularity.

Spotting the bus stop nearby, he walked up to it, not bothering to wait for her. Sia huffed as she speed-walked in heels, trying to catch up with his insane pace when she stepped over a stone and her legs gave out. "Ah!"
