Chapter 5

We arrived at the Home and Decor store and if I were alone, I would have squealed with joy.
I entered the store and was in awe, that's was amazing. I planned to start with the selection of curtains.

"I'm going to curtains section , if you want to look around, feel free," I said to Kyle who had a look of a lost puppy on his handsome face.

"When I said I'm coming with you, it means that everywhere you go, I go," he said with a low growl and that's has make me shiver not with fear but pleasure. He has an effect on me, I just did a slight nod and went in the curtain section.

The curtains were all beautiful but I needed to choose three from all this. I choose a thick red velvet curtain, two light brown and a white translucent curtains. Then, I went to other sections and chosen a king size bed, a walk in wardrobe for my room and, for the kitchen, I choose a designed bespoke granite counter, stainless steel appliances, well equipped utensils on hooks and some cups, for the living room I choose a bookcase, a flat screen TV, a pale brown carpet, a huge rectangular mahogany table and several wine glass.

My parents were rich so I did not have the problem with buying all of these but it was the basic for now. I checked out and I had to fill a form so that they can deliver the big furniture at my place. It was already 6 pm and I needed to rush because everyone would be worried. As I get out of the store, I dumped on a wall, mostly a hard chest and I felt sparks on my skin. It was Kyle's chest. He just grabbed my waist to prevent myself from falling down. I felt sparks in every corner of my body. I met his gaze and it was full of wants and love, like when I first saw him.

We held our gaze like forever, I wanted to taste those juicy lips so much and being near him, make my wolf howl in joy. He was tall maybe 6.6 feet and I was 5.5 so basically I was short. He lowered his face and he was so close that I could feel his hot breath caressing my face. I wanted to move from him but I was like paralyzed. My knees have become so weak like I would fall any minute but his grip tightened and I was damn close to him, feeling him. I love how I affected him. He inhaled my scent and kissed my cheeks. I just froze.

"You are so sweet, I could just eat you whole," he whispered in a sensual tone. I could become a puddle anytime now. I'm sure my cheeks has turned red like tomato.

"I'm not eatable, if you are hungry you can eat anything but not me," I said. I'm such a stupid, what a lame throwback. I mentally slapped me for such stupidity, now I'm sure, my cheeks are much redder. Aah, why the earth had not engulfed me deep inside the soil right now.

■Kyle pov:-
I just laughed, yeah laughed, she's so funny. Oh god, she is so right for me. I laughed for 1 minutes holding my stomach and she was cute when blushing under the moonlight. She was like goddess, the slow breeze blowing her silvery brown hair and her cheeks was so red like an overripe apple. She's simple and yet so difficult, I wanted her and maybe I would fall for her hard. After I stopped laughing, we entered in the car and during the journey back to the pack house, she was quiet.

"Sorry, for laughing, but you were funny and stupid," I said to her. Her expression when I said that to her was worth seeing.

■Purity pov:-
How can he said that to me? I was hurt by his words. I'm not stupid.

"Yeah, laugh as much as you want, I'm happy that I have pleased you," I replied and he flinched a little bit. I just smirk, he did not expect me to answer back but when he is not so close to me, I can talk and answered back well. That's going put him in his place.

"I'm sorry, to say you are stupid, I was just joking and you know you are even cuter when you are angry, my Luna," he said. Now really I was shocked, he just said I'm his Luna.

We arrived at the pack house and I unloaded the things that was not heavy and the delivery van was already here, some pack members and Brandon was helping to unload. I entered inside the pack house and I was filled with emotions, the night before the incident everything was perfect but nothing stay perfect for long. I was still thinking of mum and dad when I felt two strong arms enveloped me and it was Aaron, always knows how to comfort me. Yeah, what can I say, my mate is just an arrogant full of ego jerk.

Just as I was about to turn to talk with Aaron, I heard a loud growl and someone fall on the ground. I turned completely to come in view of an injured Aaron on the floor with an overpossessive mate upon him. Like really, why is he jealous when he don't even know when his mate is sad. I rushed for Aaron and help him to get up.

"How dare you raise your hand on my friend, one of my pack member," I growled.

"Don't do this Pure, he was only protecting you." my wolf whimpered.

"How dare he, she-wolf, how dare he, he did not care about me, but still I'm affected by him so much," I said to her. I felt a warm tear slid down my cheeks. Damn, I'm crying in front of my packs. I ran outside into the woods. I cannot show my weakness in front of them. I'm daddy's strong girl.

After I ran far enough from the pack house, I fell on the ground crying out loud. Why am I his mate, moon goddess? Why? I cried for hours and finally calmed down. If he wants to play tough then I'm going to be tough also. I want my mate and I'll do anything to make him my worthy mate.
