Chapter 17- Surprise

■Purity pov:-
The long shadows of the evening dissolved into the gathering darkness of the nighttime. The air cooled and the crickets sang.

Matte charcoal black uncontrollably covered in thousands and millions of bright specks. I love that you can star, after star, after star, a never ending void of light that projects no means of guidance in my eyes.

The lustrous, pearl-beaded fabric of my dress glinted, light reflecting from the starry night. It fit flawlessly, the dress molded my torso beautifully, complimenting my feminine shape. The gown drraped past my toes, slightly drifting from my legs. It was the colour of a tan opal. It's strapless style revealed my precious collarbones wrapped in smooth, luring skin. My posture was perfect, my shoulders were pulled back and my hands were held together in front of me. There was a silk band at the top, lining around the top of the bust.

"LunPur, you are just WOW, where are you going?" Aaron asked as I was coming downstairs to wait for Kyle.

"I, even, don't know Ron, he has asked me to wait for him here," I said.

■Kyle pov:-
Finally, I finished the last work and now lets go and get Pure. I arrived in front the house and was hit by my mate most beautiful scent.

"Hmm, now lets us not lose time," my wolf said getting impatient.

"God, you cannot have a little of patience, I'm as eager as you to see her and you are behaving as if you will see her for the first time," I said to him.

I opened the door and saw Pure. I was amazed, my mouth opened and saw her smile.

"Close your mouth, Kyle," she said with a smirk. Damn, she is too beautiful and her dress was shrouded around her so perfectly. I let out a growl, to let the other males know that she's only for me, my one and only lovely mate.

The bangles danced on her arm like the hoops of a magician, playfully tinkling and sliding from her forearm to her hand, where they rested halfway between her knuckles and her wrist. The swarovski crystals set in silver metal sparkling and yet brilliant agnaist her skin.

■Purity pov:-
He was handsome in the black tuxedo. His eyes was full of lust and desire.

"Come, lets go," he grabbed my hand and pull me in a hug and we set off for the mysterious and surprise destination.

We arrived at a meadow. The meadow was a shallow basin that was surrounded by the tallest of pine trees. I wondered if in the rainy season it became something like a shallow pond in the middle, or at the very least it would be waterlogged. Indeed the grass grew long and lush in the rich soil and plentiful supply of water. It is the idyllic place for a picnic, that why Kyle has choose this place. There was a small alley and aside a small mat and the alley ended in the forest and the sky was absolutely stunning with the stars twinkling above us. There was also a table and two chairs set near a tree, it was beautiful.

"I love you, Pure, with all my heart and soul," Kyle whispered in my ears, sending shivers all over my body.

Suddenly my stomach growled and I squirmed in my place to try to silence the rumbling. I glanced at Kyle, and saw him laughing and blushed.

"Kyle, I'm hungry, and please stop laughing it's not funny," I scowled and went to sit on the chair that Kyle had arranged with plently of food on the table.

Tables laden with delicacies. Everything you can think of, and things you have never dreamed of, lie in wait. Huge platters of savoury fruits and nuts. Ocean creatures drizzled in sauces or begging to be dipped in spicy concoctions. Countless cheeses, breads, vegetables, sweets, and wine.

If I could opened my mouth any wider I would have eaten the food on the table in one bite.

"You can eat whatever you want, love." Kyle said.
We sat and ate in silence enjoying the nature around us and the sound of crickets and owls.

"Grrr, our mate seem so delicious," my wolf said without any shame.

"She-wolf, shut up, I'm trying to eat and stop being a perv or I'll puke all my food," I said to her being slightly annoyed.

■Kyle pov:-
Pure has finished eating and went to see the stars, standing on the small alley, only seeing her shadow. She is amazing even in the dark, she's like a light, enlightening my life. I stand up and went to see her. I hugged her and my hands were encircled around her slim waist and my head on her shoulder.

"Love, turn around," I whispered to her.

■Purity pov:-
I turned and saw Kyle on one of his knees.

"Purity Ana Snow, will you marry me?" I was surprised and I felt my tears threatened to come out any moment. I just nodded my head and say a small yes. He slide the ring in my finger and came to hug me, that was a really tight hug.

■Kyle pov:-
I saw her face showing so many emotions and for ince in my life I feared that if she would have say no, what would have happened to me. But she said yes, yes, oh god I'm the luckiest man, I mean werewolf in the entire world.

"I love you. That means I would defend you with my life even if the odds were insurmountable. It means I will comfort you in the difficult and painful times. It means I will dance and rejoice with you when times are good. It means finding my fire when you, my loved one, threatened, yet never waging war- only doing what is necessary for a noble defence. I will forgive you when you err. Life may test me I am yours into eternity and I will never abandon you. It means I will never put you in danger no matter how noble the "cause" may be. It means protecting the earth, being kind to animals, but should anyone demand your life to save their own I will tell them to rot in hell. There can never be a higher calling to me than pratecting and caring for those I love. So be brave my love and know that I am here,"

■Purity pov:-
Oh my god, that was the sweetest and most amazing speech someone has given and that for me. I was dumbfounded. We are doing our vows and that one of the vow that was too beautiful, I felt my heart swell. Now my turn,

"In your words I am safe because they aren't just words. You are there every day, every year. You are there in the good times and the bad. Even knowing my faults, of which there are many, you are there to listen, to defend, to love. You understand my anxieties and my triggers. In return I will keep you safe with my words, my deeds. I am the one who will always be there for you, be honest with you, listen and care. I won't always have answers for youl you won't always have answers for me, but you will never be alone in your problems and neither I will. So today I accept you as my mate, my love, my husband and the father of our future child,"

■Kyle pov:-
I could not describe how I was feeling but all I do was to kiss her. When she kissed me my brain lit on fire and the warmth spread throughout my entire body. After that I was addicted, I could not bare not to be with her and I could barely breathe when she was around, and now she's finally mine. Those kisses were my salvation and my torment. I lived for them and I would die with the memory of them on my lips. I dedicated my life to being with her from the moment of that first kiss we had long time ago, for I knew that if I lost her I would loose myself. She was he half that me whole.

We went to sat on that small mat. I kiss her again and the kiss deepen. I was all logic and feigned cool detachment until I touched her skin. Then somehing not only stirred in me, but it took over my thinking. The rest of my world became an unimportant blur that was banished into the far recesses of my mind. The only thing that mattered was touching her more, kissing her more, kissing her mouth, her stomach, her breasts. I tried to be gentle with her clothing, not to rip the lace, but it was hard. I have not known that love was that strong and intense. I marked her again and made her mine all over again.

It was a magical night that I wished never end.
