Chapter 13

The morning wasn't gray, but by soothing lavender and brilliant amber. The colors merged into neon pink and peach. I wake up early each morning to watch the sunrise except on raining days. After all, I could only see so many.

I lazily dragged myself out of my bed and went to take a quick shower. my stomach was growling and I realized that I have not eat the day before. good for myself now, I'm going to eat like a pig. I wear my casual clothes that is a mini skirt not too mini and a loose shirt with some unknown drawings on it.

I arrived in the kitchen amidst the shouting and chaos of the pack. Really, I should tell them to eat or shout silently, it's annoying sometimes. But I was hungry at the moment so I'm going to prepare myself a big breakfast. I carried my three sandwich with bacon, my oatmeal, yogurt and my apple juice to the dining table. I saw Kyle sitting there with his friends, looking perfectly normal and I was here completely sore and hungry as hell.

"It seem like someone just stolen the whole food in the kitchen," Martin commented, trying not to laugh. I rolled my eyes, there was nothing to laugh at.

"And it seem that someone cannot see me eating so much good foods," I replied back earning some gasps and suppress laugh.

"Pure, I need to talk with you after your breakfast, I'll be at your office, meet me there," he said while getting up and pat his friend's back.

Now what would have to tell me, I hope nothing serious happened. But with whom was I kidding with, there would of course be something serious, he will tell me.

"Eat silently and stop thinking the things he would probably be telling you and concentrate on your food, girl," my wolf said.

"Really, she-wolf, thanks for concern," I scowled at her.

I finish up eating my food and took my juice with me, and went to my office.
"Hi Kyle," I said while entering inside the office.

"Hi Pure, I needed to tell you something about the attacks and something else," he said while trailing on his last words a bit longer.

"What is about?" I said suspiciously, raising one eyebrow. He scratched his neck and said,
" I need to get back to go back to my pack, Pure, my father needs me. He was injured in the fight and my mom is worried, so I need to get back to restore the peace in the pack," he said without flinching or even with hurt. And that damn hurt me.

■Kyle pov:-
I know she's hurting inside but is not willing to show it. My strong Luna, my mate, my only love, I din't even know how I'll manage to survive without her but my side.

"Pure, I would have told you to come with me but your pack members need you and cannot be selfish and put at stake your pack." I said and she was just staring at me. Please, say something Pure, I was afraid that she rejects me or worse. I could not lose her when I recently gain her heart.

"Mate hurts, I want my mate, to calm her," my wolf whimpered.

"I know, me also cannot see her like that, but she has responsibilities and her pack needs her," I said with a bit regret.

■Purity pov:-
I was damn hurt, that's why I don't like to get close to someone and afterward hurt myself.

"It's ok, Kyle, your pack needs you as mine need me. But I will prepare a farewell party and a speech to thank-" I was cut by a sudden hug from Kyle.
"Shush...." he strocked my hair like I'm some fragile child. I felt a tear rolled down my cheeks, damn you tears that can't stay in my eyes. Hmpf, good that Kyle did not see me crying as I was against his chest.
