~ The Next Day ~
After a lot of cuddling and eating pizza together, both George and I fell asleep in each other's arms. We got woken up by my alarm and I stood up quickly as George stayed in bed for a while.
'I'm going to annoy the hell out of my sister,' I grinned. 'I'm a clumsy bitch, I can't do makeup.'
George chuckled and pushed himself up as I slowly walked to my sister's room. My body was so sore, it felt like I was run over by a car which wasn't too weird since I was basically run over by bookshelves and books...
I softly knocked on the door to my sister's room and she mumbled something as I walked in. 'Sorry for waking you up a lot, I won't anymore when dad doesn't use me as his personal football.'
'What happened yesterday?' she asked as she looked at all the new bruises, not even spoken about the hidden ones.
'He just threw me against the bookshelves and they collapsed on top of me. I can tell you that that hurts like a bitch.'
'Are you really hurt?' she questioned, standing up to get her makeup.
'Yeah, but it's fine. My best friend helped me yesterday,' I smiled.
'Sapnap?'
'No... he's not my friend anymore. It's George,' I answered as she grabbed her makeup. 'He's my soulmate, I trust him with my whole heart.'
'Are you in love?' she smiled while putting makeup on my face.
'No, but honestly... he's like my boyfriend without the love and sexual shit. We aren't boyfriends, but I trust him more than I trust anyone.'
'Platonic lovers,' she replied, chuckling softly.
'Do you want to meet him? He's in my room.'
'Oh...' she smirked.
'Shut up, just say yes or no,' I laughed as I stood up. She nodded and I went to my room. 'My sister wants to meet you.'
I went back and sat down on the chair as my sister smiled at George. 'Hi! I'm Drista, I'm his older sister.'
'I'm George,' he smiled shyly, looking at his hands with a red face.
I reached out for his hand and pulled him closer and he wrapped his arms around me from behind me, resting his chin on my right shoulder. My sister smiled.
'Aww, this is cute!'
I rolled my eyes and she sighed softly. 'Dude, you have like twenty bruises. Your face is going to be covered in makeup. I just covered one bruise on your cheek.'
'You know what...' I started, standing up. 'I don't care anymore. Just take this shit off, I'm going to school like this. I screamed at everyone that I get abused at home and regretted it. I told them it was a joke and everyone hated me after that. I don't want to tell them it wasn't a lie, they can see it themselves.'
My sister nodded. 'As long as dad doesn't get to know that.'
'He hits my face himself,' I scoffed. 'Then he should hit me at places no one can see or just not at all.'
'Good luck,' my sister said as she hugged me shortly and took the little bit of makeup off again.
'Thank you,' I answered, walking back to my room with George. 'George, I'm going to do this with soccer practice too. I'm going to put bandages around my cuts so they don't see those and change clothes so they see all my bruises. I don't want to seek attention, I swear, I just want them to know the truth.'
He nodded as we both went downstairs after that. I ignored my dad and quickly stepped on the bus with George before he could do anything.
We walked in and I saw Sapnap look from George to me, then to my face. His eyes went bigger and he froze as he saw my face. I rolled my eyes at him and sat down with George in the back as he stood up and sat next to me.
'Did you literally do makeup so we would fall for your attention seeking joke?' he scoffed.
'Bye Sapnap,' I scoffed as I looked at him. 'Does it look like makeup? Did I get implants in my eye so I can barely keep it open?'
'You don't get abused, your dad is a really kind man,' Sapnap mumbled with an annoyed voice.
'Yeah, he was really nice yesterday. Just got thrown onto the floor, causing bookshelves and books to fall on top of me. He's so kind, he's great. Oh my goodness, want to change dads?'
Sapnap turned quiet and stared at his hands. 'You're just lying. You're popular, you don't get abused.'
'Oh yeah, my dad checks my Instagram followers and if it's above two thousand he's happy.'
'You have like six thousand.'
'My goodness, do you really think my dad checks my Instagram followers, dumbass?' I laughed and rolled my eyes at him, scooting closer to George.
'So now you're also with him?' Sapnap muttered.
'He's my BEST friend,' I nodded, wrapping my arm around his shoulders.
'So you want to be with a guy who-.'
'Is beautiful, kind, amazing, sweet and has a way better personality than you,' I finished his sentence.
'Oh my goodness, Sapnap. So sweet that you wanted to say such kind things about me!' George suddenly chuckled with a lot of confidence in his voice. 'Hey Sapnap, did you know you can also just leave? No one here likes you. Did you know that no one will ever like you either?'
'That's rude, idiot. Don't think I'm scared of you.'
'THAT'S RUDE?' I yelled out. 'Oh and when you told him to kill himself, that was okay?'
'Yes, because he needs to kill himself and so do you. I hate you and you're just dumb attention seekers.'
Sapnap lost his composure and then lifted his hand into a fist, punching me in my face.
'Oh thanks, another one for the collection,' I scoffed.
George grabbed my shoulders. 'Are you alright, are you hurt?'
'I'm okay, I'm used to these punches. Sapnap isn't, though,' I grinned, pushing him back just to hit him way harder. 'Now you know how I feel every day and then ten times worse than that.'
I grabbed George's hand and stood up as he looked at me. 'Dude, you're not getting away with that. That hurts, dumbass.'
'Go cry about it, pussy.'
I sat somewhere else with George as Sapnap leaned back quietly, not talking anymore.
