The human mind is one of the scariest things out of all the things of all on earth, but in comparison to the horrors that dwells out there in the ultimate multiverse, or in the universe by itself, where the tiniest speck of hope you have for the optimistic future is blindness, a universe where humans are preyed upon by all kinds of inconceivable horrors. In the grand scheme of things humanity is at the very bottom of the horrific incomprehensible food chain that resides out there.
You look beyond the comforts of your home planet, or galaxy—the Milky Way—and you'll find terror and hellish madness on every nook and cranny, eldritch abominations, dark cults, hideous monstrosities, nightmarish demonic figures tormenting. Curiosity about the unknown is scary, to fantasize horror; something that is ineffable to logic, since in horror stories the people often ask why? Why's this happening to me? Why am I here? Why did they have to die? Why and how's are too insufficient to be associated with the inextricable of darkness, total silence, and isolation.
Despite this overwhelming fact, horror isn't just limited to the cosmos; terror is right before us on our home planet, ghosts float around unseen or unheard all around you, trying to touch your body, mocking your every move. The vile essence of a hellish spirit being able to interact with the physical is what causes hauntingly wicked locations. Some terrors are residing amongst us for the day they come forth and terrorize humanity.
It was thunder storming and very windy, they were in the middle of the great blue madness that lies before them; the ocean, no land in sight.
They could feel the tides of the ocean rocking the boat back and forth, they were at the high-water mark of the thalassic. And the boat is large enough to carry just a bit over two-hundred passengers, which was roughly the amount of occupation on the boat with its buoyancy on the tidal waves.
There was lightning and thunder, not too heavy or too light, they were travelers, or explorers, sitting under the darkness of the night.
"Is this the locality?" A man said while talking to the guy standing uncustomarily, he had a black hoodie on his head and it was rainproof, leaning over the edge of the boat, he turned his head while he was under suspicion by various other passengers, for good reason.
"Yes, this is 47°9'S 126°43'W," he said, turning completely around facing him, "I can hear it, it's speaking to me, we're here," he added.
"Then let it begin," the guy said pulling out guns they got on the boat, they began spreading rumors about each other then a hullabaloo commences, suddenly pandemonium was taking place on the boat, madness everywhere.
"This is his effectiveness, his aura is everclear, he's gonna feed well off of this," the man with the black coat said watching the madness.
Then tentacles from the depths of the great blue madness arose and wrapped around the boat, the two men who were worshipers of a cause, began laughing hysterically.
"He's here! Cthulhu is here!" He shouted.
"We're hovering over the sunken city of R'lyeh," he said, "the Pacific Ocean," adding on.
"And the star's alignment is just as needed," the man in the black coat said.
Cthulhu then emerges from the depths of the sea driving each individual insane, dying by trying to comprehend Cthulhu and him looking at them.
Cthulhu was so big he could tower over Mountain Everest, his face has long tentacles with wings and red eyes resembling a dragon in a sense.
The two men bowed down to Cthulhu refraining from looking at him, and made a request, he then spoke through their minds, "What is it that you seek?"
