Los Angeles, the place where the grind never sleeps, is constantly on the chase for something chasing you and where the dreams are made hard to come true. Cassandra stood before the big city, it was nighttime and she could see all the lights from the buildings down below the mountain bench she sat on, watching it all, the beautiful imaginary painting that the city animated for her to visualize inside her head. Every great creation that humanity has done is a masterpiece in its own right. Cassandra got up from the bench and moved expeditiously fast from the hilltop down to the big city in mere seconds.
"I've been having prophetic dreams about vampirism becoming one with the night sky and devouring the blood out of commoners, I fear the time is near," a middle-aged man said as they were perpetually accompanied by Cassandra, who entered their peripheral vision very quickly, they stood in an alleyway underneath the soft quarter moon glow and the darkness of the night.
"Who are you?" One of the two men questioned.
"I'm Cassandra Collymore, a firstborn hybrid," she said. Her face began changing into a metamorphosis, her teeth turned into long sharp fangs, her veins were noticeable underneath her eyes, her eyes changed from dark brown to purple, Cassandra had long dirty blonde hair that was in a half-updo with hair bow hairstyle, she moved incomprehensibly fast towards one of the men before he could even finish his initial blink and sunk her enlarged fangs into his flesh, drinking up all his blood draining his body dry of it.
"What the fuck?" The other man asked as she withdrew her teeth from his flesh, the other man started to run away and she blazed deliberately after the man in under a second she appeared in front of him, she then raised her arm and turned her hand into a fist and blazed it into his chest, having a firm grip on his heart, his face was full of fright, he shook his head no as tears started to flow from his eyes. Cassandra then ripped out his heart, his body fell to the ground as she held his heart in her right hand, she put it onto her fangs and began drinking the blood out of it dry. She then dropped the heart next to his body and licked the blood off of her fingers.
Cassandra heard another person's heartbeat and breathing, she then turned her head towards that direction and quickly moved over there, a man by the name of Ari Ackerman was peaking around the corner, he saw Cassandra kill those two men, he then turned around and saw Cassandra standing in front of him with her arms crossed implying she's been waiting for him to turn around for a little while, with her face turning back to normal. He jumped at the sudden notice.
"Holy fuck knuckles, you scared me," he said putting his left arm onto his heart.
Cassandra had a sudden realization, "You're a werewolf," she said.
"Yeah," he responded, "I'm just like you, so how about I go on about my night and I'll forget I ever saw anything," he added as he lowered his arm from his chest.
"Or on the contrary, I'll rip out your spinal nerves and wear them for glasses, then rip out your bones from your sockets and keep them as a souvenir," Cassandra said with a smile on her face.
"There's no escaping destiny," Ari said. Cassandra then charged at Ari with high-speeds, shoving him against a nearby building wall and grabbing him then lifted him against the building wall effortlessly with two fingers before he could blink. Ari put both of his hands onto Cassandra's wrists trying to break free but he couldn't.
"Wait," He pleaded, "Wait," He said once more after a few seconds. Cassandra lifted a brow in curiosity to see what he had to say for her to spare his life.
"You can't kill me, I'm the alpha of my pack," he said.
"I'm not lying, I'll take you to them," he added. Cassandra pulled away causing Ari to drop onto the ground. He then got up. "Well then, right this way," he said as he began walking down the street.
