Chapter five|Rumor has it

Ellie's pov:

I sat between Camilo and Dolores while facing Mirabel.Me and Camilo were joking and giggling most of the time but then Isabela interrupted us."Camilo.I know your girlfriend came over for dinner but can you please stop giggling like two idiots that are in love for at least 5 minutes?" She shouted and continued eating.

Me and Camilo changed couple looks and started normally eating.After a while i started a conversation with Dolores.I found out that she is very kind.We chatted the whole dinner and i completly forgot that there's Camilo.

After everyone finished eating we brought our dishes to the kitchen and left."So um-Im sorry that i haven't talked to you at the dinner after what Isabela said." I said and nervously smiled."It's okay Ellie,im glad that you and Dolores got along." He smiled back.

"I think i should go now,my Mamá is definitely worried." I said while looking at the main door."When i can see you again?" Camilo asked and our eyes locked.

"I'm not sure,but we are definitely going to meet somewhere tomorrow" I said and hugged him."I hope so" He responded as he hugged me back.

The Casitas door opened when we pulled out from the hug."See you tomorrow!" i smiled while walking out from the Casita."See ya!" Camilo waved.

I was walking home through the quiet town.When i got home everyone were in their rooms sleeping or doing some shit.I was glad that no one could actually notice me coming home that late.

But then from the dark of our hallway someone appeared and dragged me into his room.

"I have no clue which one of you is it,but i swear that i will kick your butt!" I said while trying to not scream.

"Oh,it's just you-" i calmed down as i saw my favorite cousin Daniel.Standing in front of me."What a nice greeting" Daniel laughed "Well i wasn't the one who dragged me into your room." I sat down at his bed.

"Well what's so important that it couldn't wait for the morning?" I asked while glaring on the Daniel.He looked so worried.How did i not noticed before?

"Where have you been?" He asked while walking over to his window,so he could open it for fresh air."With Camilo" "Again?You see him all the time since you two met!" Daniel sat next to me.

"And?Can't i spend time with my best friend?" I rolled my eyes."Well,other people doesn't think that you are just friends" Daniel said while looking into distance.

"What do you mean?" I asked while getting more serious."There's rumors becoming to spread in the village..About you and Camilo..."

My eyes widen and my jaw dropped.I was just staring at Daniel as all my words disappeared."Rumors?What?How?-" I shuttered.

"Well mostly a basic things like that you two kisses on Antonios ceremony.That you are already planning your wedding.That you two are dating.It all started with that dance on Antonio's ceremony." Daniel's face was serious.I knew that he's not joking.

"Then the thing when Camilo literally brought you out of our shop and then went to the Casita with you,they also saw him talking to your Pedro.It's just crazy!" Daniel continued.I couldn't belive that he still wasn't stoping.But then a thought poped out in my head.

"And the girls from our town,i swear to god!They are all in love with Camilo.They are going to make your life a hell if you will continue to talk to Camilo!Trust me Ellie!" Daniel started freaking out.

"Wait-How do you know about the shop situation?" I said as i put my index finger on his mouth.Daniel freezed after i asked that question.

"W-Well we had a small-Maybe a little bigger conversation about you and your future boyfriend at the dinner?" He smiled awkwardly.At this point,i was done.All i wanted at the moment was go to sleep.My own family?!Are you serious?!

"Im done here." I said while storming out from Daniel's room right into mine.I jumped into my bed thinking about me and Camilo.I was just so mad at everyone.

"I can't even have a friendship with a boy without being shipped with him?Yes maybe they were right!Maybe we actually act like a fucking couple!Maybe i am in love with him!And what?We are not dating or something more than best friends!And even if we would it's not anyone's business!" I mumbled for myself.'Wait...Did i just-?No,no,no i was just mad,im not in love with that shapeshifting Madrigal.' I thought while calming myself down.

But then i remembered...

"Fuck.Dolores-"

A/N:Hello everyone!I hope yall enjoyed this chapter because i did!Somehow my writing block disappeared so i wrote this chapter.I was supposted to sleep because i have school today at the morning and its 2 AM right now and i also slept for only like 4 hours yesterday-But i just had to write this chapter so i can make sure that you won't forget about meeee :D
