Chapter twenty-nine|Getting ready

Third person's pov:

The group of Madrigals and Maragals was already on their way to the Casita.They dropped the kids off at the town's square already excited for tonight.Well..Atleast most of them.Because Dolores's words were in Ellie's mind the whole day.

But how could she?He was her best friend and she had a mixed feelings about him.At this point Ellie was already thinking about faking an injury so she wouldn't have to go on the party.

But she got snapped out from her thoughts by her friend Mirabel."Excited for tonight,huh?" Mirabel smiled while wrapping her arm around Ellie's shoulders."Y-Yeah" Ellie gave Mirabel an unsure smile."Is everything alright with you?" She raised her eyebrows."Yes why it shouldn't?" Ellie tried to play it off.

"I don't know,you seemed like something was bothering you" Mirabel replied."No,don't worry I'm okay" Ellie chuckled.By now they were already in the Casita."Well,we should get ready" Mirabel now grabbed Ellie by her hand and dragged her upstairs.

Ellie picked up the dress Dolores had choose for her and scanned it with her eyes.Adoring the beauty."Do you think these will look good?" Mirabel asked with a dress in the hands."Woah-That will look adorble on you!" Ellie gasped."You think so,Ellie?" Mirabel smiled."I know so" Ellie laughed.

When the two were already in their dresses they changed a few compliments before heading downstairs to help with the final fixes.

"Hola Mami" Mirabel smiled while entering the kitchen."Oh,Mirabel,Ellie!I'm glad you're here" Julieta smiled while picking up a plate with of course,arepas."Here,tell me if they're good" Julieta said with a nervous tone in her voice."Is everything alright?" Ellie raised her eyebrow."Yeah,yeah.Just eat" Julieta contined but now she almost sticked the arepa down to Ellie's throat.

"Are they good?" She asked while wiping her hands into her apron."Yep,they're great as always,Mami" Mirabel smiled."I agree" Ellie nodded."Okay,I'm glad.Now I need to ta-" Julieta said before she got cut off by Mirabel."Mami you should get ready for the party" Mirabel said."I know but I need to take all the food into the main hall" Julieta sighed."Don't worry Julieta.We got this" Ellie smiled."Are you sure?" Julieta raised her eyebrows."As ever" Mirabel smiled."Thank you,thank you,thank you!" Julieta said while storming out of the room.

"Well,let's move our butts" Ellie chuckled grabing two plates filled with Julieta's food.Meanwhile Mirabel grabbed one jug of juice and few cups.They entered the main hall being greeted by wonderful decorations."Oh my-" Ellie gasped but before she could say something else,Camilo appeared behind her.

He grabbed one Arepa from the plate Ellie was holding and took a bit of it."Can I help with something?" He asked."Yes,actualy your help would be great!" Mirabel smiled handing Camilo the jug and cups.I'm going to get more cups and plates.She said before heading to the kitchen.

"The dress looks great on you" Camilo smiled."Thanks,you also don't look bad" Ellie chuckled while her eyes were pinned on Camilo's yellow suit."Pretty hot,don't you think?" The Madrigal smirked placing the cups and jug on it's place."I think that you got me down on my knees" Ellie chuckled,placing the plates with food on the long table that was standing next to one of the walls.

"Get down,down on your knees for me?I would've love that" Camilo whispered into Ellie's ear.His hot breath caused shivers to go down her spine.Ellie stood there, frozen from the thing Camilo just said.She knew that he was probably just teasing her like all the time.

But this time it was diffrent..
