OLIVIA WATCHED BEHIND IN SHOCK AS JOHN B RACED TO THE SHERIFFS AID. "Hey. Hey. Hold still. It's okay. Where is it. Where is it." Frantically placing his hand on the sheriffs chest to stop the bleeding.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry."

"Call. Call for help." Peterkin muttered out lightly to him.

"Rafe."

"Dad!" Olivia watched as Ward moved closer to Rafe.

Peterkin whimpered once more. "Call for help."

Rafe began moving closer to John B the gun still in his hands. "Don't try it asshole."

"Rafe, John B, give me the radio." 

"No." He said.

"Come on." Ward knelt down to John B's side. "Give me the radio." He took it from him. "The damn radio."

Sarah looked up and made eye contact with Olivia. Ward turned to Rafe who was also looking at her.

"Rafe I've got it. Calm down. Rafe put the gun down. I've got it."

"Run." Sarah spoke to her boyfriend wanting to get him as far away from her crazy brother.

"I'm not leaving you." John B said.

"He can't do anything." Ward assured grabbing ahold of Rafe.

Ward discarded everything. "He can't. I got you. You're okay."

"Run." The sheriff said which was directed at John B. "I'm sorry."

"Where are you going? Huh?" Rafe yelled after him.

"Dad I was trying to." Rafe began talking to his father.

"Shut up!"

"What?"

"Livie I was trying to." Olivia looked to Rafe her expression was that in disbelief. Rafe had just shot the sheriff. Rafe began to move closer to her as she stepped back.

Olivia and Sarah knelled down to the sheriff. "I'm sorry."

"It's not your fault, sweetie."

"I'm so sorry." She sobbed.

"Dad I was trying to-"

"Shut up!"

"Sarah, I need you to-" Ward turned to the two girls.

"No!"

"I need you girls to get up."

"She is dying!" Sarah exclaimed at him.

"Enough!" He yelled.

"What is wrong with you?" She asked. "Take your sister and Olivia home. You got to get them home." He told Rafe.
