Artemis walked in and saw Katarina.

"Artemis!"

Was she waiting for her?

Artemis was in a bit of a bad mood because of the sour conversation she had with the crown Prince before she got into her carriage.

"Katarina?" She blinked, her expression turning immediately soft when she saw her was something she didn't notice.

Katarina smiled seeing her.

"What are you still doing up late?" Artemis asked before immediately shooting a scowl at the servants present, "Had none of you been taking care of her as I've ordered..!?"

The servants fell to their knees begging for forgiveness.

"No, no!" Katarina fumbled, "I insisted on waiting for you!"

"Huh? For me?" Artemis raised a brow as a servant helped take her suit and sword's belt off while sweating bullets not wanting to have a taste of the House Master's wrath.

"Why?" She asked.

"I wanted to make sure you did come home before I went to bed." Katarina yawned.

Artemis frowned, "You're not like me who can stay awake late nights long, you should go to bed now."

"Heh? You're not going to sleep?" Katarina hummed, she leaned forward and rested on her chest.

Artemis rolled her eyes, "Did any of you give her wine?"

Her servants shook their heads.

"Hm, so you must just be tired." Artemis pulled her back upright.

"Go to bed," she huffed.

"I'm not sleeping unless I know you're sleeping too! I heard from your servants you never sleep well sometimes with work!" Katarina said.

Artemis's eyes shot wide and she looked at the people who worked in her home.

Looks like they all got a little comfortable since Katarina was a kind noble unlike her. Well, she's only ever kind when you serve her well.

Katarina gasped, "Let's have a sleepover."

"We live in the same abode," Artemis said.

"It doesn't matter! Meet me in my room! We can have a girls' night sleepover together!" Katarina ran off with her maids hurrying to follow her.

"Seriously?" Artemis found this amusing enough to smile, how cute of Katarina to be even when she's tired.

It was of course, close to midnight now.

"Did nobody give her any alcohol?" She asked the second time.

Nobody gave Katarina anything of the sort, she is just sleepy and all.

...

Artemis had put on her usual, sleeping attire of shirt and pants.

All white.

She knocked on the door.

'Why did I even agree to this antic..?' she was beginning to think twice if she should walk in when the door opens.

She thought twice when Katarina did open the door for her and grabbed her inside.

The people who worked in the domain were watching from the corners and all smiled when Katarina had pulled their House Master inside.
