"How much did you see at Glastonbury?" Alex asks first, trying to see how much he needed to explain.Graham rolls his eyes. "Jesus. Here's what you need to know, Damon will shag anyone he knows if he gets the chance. And chances are sometimes he'll get slightly attached"
"Not with the random people, or whoever comes back to see us. It's really just the people we know." Alex says, at least wanting to specify that he wasn't getting attached to random people after fucking.
"At Glastonbury, you remember when he got lost or whatever that was? Where Alex and some people went missing?"
Chloe nods her head, looking puzzled as she studied the dressing room. It was surprisingly neat and tidy.
"Damon was banging Avery Pince at the time. Honestly I don't know how people didn't piece it together. They weren't that smart about it."
"They went off with me and your brother. It was honestly fun." Alex says gently. "Your brother got pissed at Damon though. Didn't like that it wasn't an equal time share type thing."
She wrinkled her nose. The last thing she wanted to hear about was how her brother had been practically participating in a damn orgy and how she'd nearly walked in on it. "Can we get to the point?"
"Damon and Justine tried talking it out after she found out he was fucking their friends. And I guess it worked for a little bit. They seemed to be working well."
"For longer than usual." Dave adds, "They lasted a few months without going on a fucking break. Which surprised us."
Graham agrees "But then Justine found out that Avery's been staying in Damon's place. And now they're in a fight."
"You're forgetting the best part." Alex says snickering.
"Justine refused to come tonight. She's apparently out on a date with someone else."
Graham perks up "Avery wouldn't come either. And now she's fighting with Damon. So he's off calming his nerves with some girl that followed us into our ride."
"Followed you into your ride?" Chloe asks, partially in disbelief
"What? Nobody's been crazy enough with you or your dad?" Graham asks
"That's the good thing about having fans I suppose, they're always so willing to get down and dirty." Alex says, laying down on the floor, laughing a bit.
Chloe on the other hand was questioning this logic. "How do you know if they're of age?"
Alex shrugs.
"You...could be fucking a teenager? Do you not see a problem there?"
"That's not my issue. They're the ones who should know better, harassing their idols and all,"
She grimaces. Alex was more of a sleaze bag than she'd previously thought.
"He's the only one that thinks like that." Dave mutters. "I mean Damon finds having young fans endearing but Alex is the only one terrible enough to ever act on any of it."
This wasn't reassuring in the slightest.
"So Damon is off fucking some random girl who followed you to your limo because his girlfriend and his roommate are both pissed at him?" Chloe says, trying to finalize her thoughts
"He's fucking other people too. They're just random fans though."
These idiots were seriously lacking in all of their logic, and it was starting to make Chloe feel sick. I mean, it reminded her of the horror stories her father had shared with her about the 70's rock scene and all the groupies.
Blur didn't have groupies, right?
Right?
"You've scared Chloe." Graham says pouting a little bit, he gets out of his seat and faces her while lighting a cigarette.
"What brought you down here? I know you don't particularly care for us. Or ever did for the matter." He says shrugging
"I want my lighter. And needed to pass the message along. Hopefully in person.."
Alex snickers "you don't think he's carrying your lighter around do you? Poor thing."
"He has a collection, but he's not carrying them around with them. Especially not some random lass from Glastonbury."
Chloe groans "I know he's not carrying it with him dipshits. I just want it back and I need it back. Seriously. I've tried calling your management, everything. Even tried reaching out through our mutual associates."
Alex scoffs. "Did you seriously think they'd care?"
"Our management likes to keep us happy. They don't really pass along calls like that. I mean it would almost be like we were taking fan mail and fan call." Graham says cheekily.
" Besides, you're not getting it back. I don't know what Damon told you. But I know him. He's not going to give it back. Especially if you shit on him, or his choices."
Chloe crosses her arms. "It's important to me. I think he can manage to make an exception."
"Humor us. Why's it so important? Maybe then I'll pass your message along." Alex says grinning
Chloe sighs. "It's my brothers. He gave it to me as a gift."
Alex snorts. "Can't he just get you another one?"
"My other brother dipshit. Hans gave it to me. Right before everything went to shit."
Graham looks away, clearly not wanting to get entangled with any family related drama, especially from one like the Erlich's.
"Now will you pass my message along?" Chloe pleads
"No." Alex says boldly
"Could've seen that one coming." Graham says, half heartedly laughing
"Really? Alex come on now." Dave says, looking up at the man in front of him, a look of buried disgust on his face.
"Fine. Chloe I have a better deal for you. And I promise I'll get your lighter back if you do it."
Dave scowls.
"Oh really? What?"
"Give me a blow job." He says shrugging.
"Alex you've got to be fucking joking," Dave says, starting to get grossed out with his bandmates behavior. Graham however seems completely unopposed to it.
"Fuck you." Chloe spits out.
"Really? I'd love to set a date for that." He teases in response
She stands up, getting ready to leave when Alex blocks the door.
"You said you wanted your lighter back, come on, show us that Erlich prowess."
"You're disgusting."
"And you aren't? I mean god! All I did was make you an offer a smart girl wouldn't refuse."
"Move over Alex" Dave says, growing pissed off.
"Cram it Dave." Graham says, watching the interaction curiously
Chloe tries reaching for the door knob but Alex swats her hand away, causing her to get pissed off and getting close enough to shove him, finally getting him away from the door and slipping out.
A beyond frustrated look on her face as she sulked down the hallway, feeling like she could
almost burst into tears, only to run straight into the last person she wanted to see.Damon Albarn.
"Chloe Erlich? Is that you?" He asks coyly, grinning, as if he hadn't just been getting his dick sucked off.
"Fuck off." She muttered storming off.
"Come on, I know you like me." He says fussing with his hair.
"And so did the girl in there." She yells before stomping off
