"What about a cook-out?" Jelani was the one with the idea, I honestly don't think that it's a bad one either. Mya and I have a pool and a kiddie pool out back, it was June therefore it was hot af, we have two grills and a big enough house to do it.
"I don't see why not, it could be a great time to do it." I made eye contact with Mya though I was agreeing with Jelani. Cita and Mya just nodded while Jelani and I dapped up. "Me and bae can get the food, plates,cups,napkins and stuff like that. Just write a list and we'll get it." Cita offered also looking at Mya who was nodding before she began "Yeah, ok and we can let everybody know and set everything up."

"Hot Dogs...check. Turkey Dogs..check. Hamburgers...check. Turkey Burgers.........check." Jelani was checking the food on the list to make sure it matched what was in the cart. While she checked item after item, I got the remaining things on the other list. Honestly I was still kinda upset with Jelani, I feel like she should have stood up for me cause that's what I would do. Just thinking about it made me roll my eyes in disbelief. I picked up napkins, plates, cutlery, solo cups and ect before leaving the store.

"I think I'm going to head on to bed you guys...Night."i walked upstairs only to be followed by Raquel shortly after. I took a nice 20 minute shower upon going to bed. "Did Cita talk to you about J?" Raq asked already on her side of the bed, "Uhmmm yeah, she was basically saying that she wish she wasn't such a hippie allllll the time." I stripped out of my towel getting directly in the bed naked, waiting for a response from Raq who was chuckling. "So, she wants her to be a part time hippie? J loves her to death, and she'd literally do anything for her." as if instinct I responded, "Except fight.." Raquel scoffed as if she didn't know where I was coming from. "Look Hun that's my fam I know her and she would fight for her....When it's mandatory.". Before cutting my lamp off I gave Raq the "Whatever." Face and went on my way to sleep.

Around eleven o'clock Cita and I went on to bed as well. "You know I love you right." I called from the bed looking at her taking her earrings out and placing them on the dresser. "mhmm." her response was condescending. I got out the bed pulling the cover from over me, hugging her from behind I wrapped my arms around her waist. "Baby.....I know you're mad at me still but you gotta see how much I love you..." my voice trailed off until she turned around in my arms. "Then show me Jelani, show me how much you love me instead of saying it all the time." Cita began to walk away from me, but I stopped her mid-step.
I held the base of her neck in one arm and supporting her with my other, our lips intertwined. Every time our lips moved I took note of how soft her alluring lips were. I knew this is what she wanted, though this ain't showing love..Its showing lust.
My teeth found their way gently pulling on her bottom lip. I knew nearly all her weaknesses. Gradually, I kissed down her jawline landing on the nape of her neck, earning me a soft moan.
Pulling away I scanned her eyes, down her nose to her lips and back to her eyes again. "What?" She pulled me out of my trance with her beautiful voice. "I shouldnt have to have sex with you for you to know I love you.....I'd give you my last, I'd die for. If this one thing makes you question my love for you why are you with me?"
