Chapter 12

This was the worst day ever.

"... Ready?" Fukase asked casually without even looking at the short blonde; whatever Len's answer was never matters.

Len MUST go out today, he had no choice.

The blonde is turning 18 in 2 months, and he had to renew his ID as soon as possible.

"M-Maybe we can do this another time...?"

"Not renewing your ID is illegal, Len." Fukase once again reminded Len. "Now grab your shoes and go."

"..."

"... You know I'll be next to you, so stop worrying."

The redhead's words sounded cold, yet very securing.

Len finally nodded with a small faint smile on his face before he slowly and carefully stepped outside the front door.

Now it was Fukase's turn to feel annoyed and irritated.

People on the streets just couldn't help but staring at the two. And the redhead knows exactly why.

Len had his hoodie all zipped up to cover his face, plus he had his hand pulling the corner of the redhead's jacket all the time.

"... Len, please. I don't want people to get any wrong idea."

Shaking his head was the only response Fukase got from Len.

After successfully taking the blonde to the immigration office, here comes the second challenge.

Len failed to smile at the camera.

"Umm... It's not really my problem, but uh..." The photographer sweated. "Are you sure you want to look like this on your ID card, sir?"

The preview photo from the computer screen shows Len with watery eyes and exhausted face.

"... You look like you died 3000 years ago." Fukase couldn't help but chuckled a little. "Don't waste any time and just smile!"

"... I tried..."

"... For God's sake-" The crimson boy cupped Len's chin and forced the short blonde to look up to him. "I don't want to spend this Saturday all day long here, now just act normal and take a nice picture, it wasn't that difficult."

"Mmm... Just let go of me first..." Len reddened his face as he felt the temperature emitting from Fukase's hand.

"Agh you-"

"Pffft." The photographer giggled. "Gosh you guys are a cute couple."
