Chapter Twenty Two

On Sunday, Karam wanted to go to the mall with Jojo or the others,

But Jojo had to go to the store with his mom (forced) Snow and her parents went to visit her Grandma, Brianna and her family are going to a party and Gabby wasn't allowed to go.

Everyone was busy and Karam didn't even bother to ask Levi to Felix.

Everyone was occupied except Lily.

Karam was nervous on asking Lily to go with him but he figure it was time he and Lily were alone time.

Lily said yes so he picked her up and they drove to the mall.

"So, now what?" Lily asked looking around, while her and Karam were standing in the mall.

Lily and Karam went shopping.

"Hey is this jacket cute?" Lily asked showing it to Karam.

He examine it carefully then imagine the jacket on Lily. She was known for her fashion style and trends.

"It's nice, you should get it." Karam said nodding.

Lily bought the jacket and some shoes, Karam bought what he wanted.

At lunchtime, they got hungry so they decided to go to the food court.

As they were waiting in line to order their food, someone behind them said,

"You two are the cutest couple!" Lily and Karam turn around to see a girl gushing.

"We're not dating." said Lily frowning, the girl gave her a mischievous smile and pointed at their hands.

Lily looked down and gasped. She and Karam were holding hands! She let go of his hand and looked at Karam who gave her a small smile.

They ordered their food and sat down, Karam sit across from Lily.

"So? How's life?" He asked putting his phone on the table. Lily shrugged,

"Pretty good, I guess?"

"That's nice, mine is good you know, hey do you think Snow and Jojo are secretly dating?" He asked.

Lily nodded "Yes, they might be, but I'm not sure."

"Lil, you dating anyone?"

"No."

"You sure?"

Lily sighed "Karam, how could I not be sure about my love life?"

Karam immediately felt stupid he nodded quickly "Yeah, you're right."

Lily chcuked "You're funny, but I am sure I am not dating anyone. Single?" She said reaching over messing his hair.

"You rascal." Just then, their food was ready, Karam picked up their food and they began eating.

After they ate, Karam said he had room for dessert, so he ordered a milkshake.

When he put his milkshake on the table, Lily eyes widen.

"All of that? Dang, you really have room for dessert." She said looking at the milkshake in total awe, Karam shrugged,

"Well, I'm not to enjoy this milkshake by myself." Lily looked at him confused.

"Come on, you and I enjoy this milkshake." He said handing her a straw. Lily blinked,

"What? But Karam!" She protested but the milkshake looked so delicious, she tried to look somewhere else but no luck.

"Fine!" She put the straw into the milkshake and started drinking it.

Karam smiled "I knew you would say yes." Lily rolled her eyes "Shut up and drink it!" Karam laughed.

But something inside Lily made her nervous, she nervously looked around.

"Hey, our friends aren't watching us, right?" She said practically whispering, looking around carefully.

Karam shook his head "No, why?" Lily sighed and sit back on her chair.

"Karam, because they are going to mistaken us that we are dating, which we are not." Karam looked away and a secret smile formed in his lips, then turn back to Lily.

"Oh, well we are not hiding nothing, just good friends." Lily nodded.

After drinking their milkshake, they went to Target to buy some food.

Then they left Karam dropped Lily at her house/mansion.

"Thanks Lily for coming to the mall with me." said Karam shyly, Lily smiled "No problem!" Then she turn around and the gates of her house opened automatically.

Karam sighed, this was one of the best days of his life, but Brianna? He was in love with her also..
