Chapter Twenty Six

Snow and Jojo were supposed to go to the restaurant they'd planned, but turn out it was closed.

Instead they went to a small local Japanese restaurant. They went inside and ordered their food. Then they sat down.

Snow could feel a tingling feeling deep down in her stomach. She took several deep breathe to calm that feeling.

"So, happy Valentine's day, Chloe," Snow smiled, "Happy Valentine's to you Jojo,"

Their drinks arrived. Snow immediately took a sip of her drink, Jojo chuckled "Someone's thirsty," Snow ignored his comment and continued drinking her drink.

Jojo turn off his phone so he can be concentrate on his date with Snow. Respect.

Snow and Jojo chatted, laughed, and Snow could feel her cheeks burning. Jojo managed to make Snow laughed.

"I can't believe you asked me out, thanks to a fortune cookie," Snow said sarcastically. Jojo shrugged, "And? You said yes," Snow smiled.

"Did Lily knew about it? She seemed to already know.."

Jojo looked surprised but shook his head, "No."

"Oh." This girl knows everything.

Their food arrived and Snow and Jojo immediately started eating.

Snow was struggling with chopsticks, since she doesn't really use them. She was quite surprised on how Jojo was a pro at using chopsticks.

"Want me to help?" Jojo asked, seeing how frustrated Snow was getting. She refused, "I can do it." Jojo sighed, "If you wish..."

After a few minutes of Snow struggling, Jojo lean over and adjusted the correct on how you used the chopsticks. Snow could feel her cheeks burning as their hands touched. He whispered in Snow's ear, "Like this." Snow slowly pick up her sushi with her chopsticks and managed to put in her mouth without failing.

They continued eating. Jojo picked up his sushi with his chopsticks and held it.

"Snow," Snow looked at him, she smiled and open her mouth. Jojo was about to put it in Snow's mouth but he ate it instead leaving Snow's mouth open. She frowned.

"JOJO!" Jojo laughed. "Sorry, sorry. Okay this time for real,"

"Really?"

"Yes, I promise,"

Jojo picked up another sushi piece this time put it into Snow's mouth. She smiled and chewed happily. Jojo and Snow continued eating.

After they ate, they pay and left. Snow and Jojo walked around the Los Angeles city. Jojo held Snow's hand.

They went to strolling around, at one point Jojo wrapped his arm around Snow which made her face turn into three shades of red.

"Hey, Snow- do you want to know why you are called Snow?"

"Why?"

"Because snow is beautiful,"

"......."

"Like you!" Snow instantly turned red. Jojo just called her beautiful, she hugged him. "Awww," Jojo gently kissed her on the forehead.

They went to a small shop that sell chocolates, balloons, teddy bears, candies, and flowers. Snow's eye caught a small teddy bear. She gushed.

"Aww how cute!!" She smiled, Jojo smiled. "You want it?" Snow nodded. Jojo bought another teddy bear that would be useful later. He also bought her chocolates and a rose. Snow asked just for a rose and not a bouquet of roses.

After they left, Snow and Jojo wanted to get boba.

Snow ordered a piece of cake while Jojo ordered boba, then they went to sit down on a bench that faced the Los Angeles city. Busy and lights everywhere.

Finally Jojo decided to show his surprise that he have been waiting. He turn his back to Snow. She was quite surprised but she got on his back.

"By the way, close your eyes!"

"Oh my gosh, Jojo," she said while laughing with while Jojo carried. He took her to a old building and walked upstairs until he reached the rooftop.

"Okay, you can open them," Jojo said. Snow opened her eyes and gasped. Her cheeks glowed with the lights around.

The area where Jojo had arranged his surprised had a blanket spread on it with a little tent, roses petals around with it, lights laying around, blamkets, a teddy bear, and some chocolates and surprisely a heater was on to keep them warm.

Snow looked at Jojo who just winked at her, "Oh my gosh, Jojo! This is soo beautiful, aww!" She hugged him to which they fell on the ground, they laughed. "Oops!"

Snow sat down while Jojo was wrapping one of the blanket around Snow to keep her comfy. He snuggled next to her.

They got a better view on the Los Angeles city, while the sun was going down leaving a pink and purple sunset painted across the sky. It almost seemed unreal but it was REAL.

They seemed a couple minutes watching the sunset and a few clouds on the sky. Jojo decided to finally ask Snow the question.

"Snow?" Snow turned to him holding a teddy bear holding a heart that said : Will you be mine? Snow broke into a smile, she looked at Jojo who was looking at her with hope in his eyes.

"Aw Jojo, yes!" She hugged him so tightly that he couldn't breathe. "Uh Snow? I.Can't.Breathe! Eehhh!!" Snow immediately let him go and smiled shyly, "Sorry, Jojo,"

The sun went down leaving the city of Los Angeles glowing and shining in the distance. Snow and Jojo looked at each other.

"Are your lips reserved?"

"Oh my gosh Jojo...."

"For me?"

"No,"

"........"

Snow laughed, "Just joking, yes they are."

Snow and Jojo lean in close that Snow's heart was pounding. And kiss!

Fireworks explode into the air as a gift for the people who were surprising their lover. Snow and Jojo watched the fireworks and were warm from the heater and snuggling next to each other.

They lay on the blanket watching the sky, even though they couldn't see the stars but watch the moon shining it's moonlight over them.

Finally they got up. It was 10:20 p.m, Jojo and Snow kissed one last time before they left the rooftop. Snow went on Jojo's back, piggyback. Then Snow got off, they hold each hands and walked to the sidewalk toward's the city.

"Thank you so much, Jojo. That was really beautiful." She lean on his shoulder. He smiled as he also blushed. "You're welcome my snow," as he gently kissed her cheek

Jojo drove Snow home. Snow got out of the car. Luckily her parents weren't home yet. Jojo hugged Snow, she hugged him back then walked to the front door. She opened the door and lean on the wall completely fluttered about the whole night.

So it's official. Snow and Jojo are dating.
