Chapter Twenty Five

The next day Valentine's Day.

At school couples were holding hands and giving each other gifts.

The girls decided to also exchange gifts. Lily gave them all chocolate covered strawberries she made and brownies. The other girls fell in love with Lily's famous brownies and chocolate dipped strawberries.

"This is soo good!!!" said Snow taking a bite of her brownie.

Gabby shoved a chocolate dipped strawberry into her mouth.

Snow gave her friends matching necklaces and chocolates as well.

"We haven't had matching necklaces in so long," she also gave them all matching hoodies. "For my girls." Lily smiled and immediately put on her hoddie.

"Ooo, thanks Snow." Snow smiled. Gabby gave her friends teddy bears and candies.

"Who doesn't like teddy bears? If someone doesn't give you a teddy bear, then I will!"

Brianna gave her friends cupcakes and gift cards. Starbucks for Snow, Panera Bread for Gabby, and Barnes & Nobles for Lily since she is practically a reader whiz. She loves reading books.

After the girls exchanged gifts, the bell ring and they headed fo their classes. Snow was practically waiting for the day to be over. In lunchtime they were serving Chinese food. Snow, Gabby, and Brianna were sitting down eating Chinese food when Lily came holding a basket of fortune cookies and was giving one to everyone in the Cafeteria and outside.

"Here you go and to you too!" Lily gave one to her friends. "And to you too," Snow smiled. "Thanks," she opened her cookie and the little paper was popping out. Snow took it out.

Snow was confused. She looked up at Lily.

"What does it say here? I'm confused. Gabby snatched the little paper from Snow, her eyes widen.

"Snow! It says, 'Will you go out with me?" Snow looked at the paper and realized Gabby's was right.

"Who?" Snow asked, she was confused. Lily looked down at her.

"Maybe look at Mr. Jojo," she said then walked away to hand fortune cookies.

Snow glanced over at where Jojo was looking at her, he winked at her. Snow looked away.

"OH MY GOSH, this is lame but of course I will go out with him." Snow turned red.

After school.

Lily and Gabby approached Snow.

"Finally! I was wondering when you guys are going to be official." Lily said giving Snow a hug. Snow laughed nervously.

"We are not official, he just ask me out." Gabby nodded. "Ooo, but who knows,"

Snow smiled shyly. "Who knows," she looked around, "Where's Brianna?"

Lily and Gabby's smiled faded, Lily sighed. "She is off going to tell Felix her love. We told her not to. We tried to tell Brianna that Felix likes another girl. But.." her voice trailed off.

Gabby took over finishing Lily's sentence, "She wouldn't listen to us. Poor girl, we don't her heart to be heartbroken." Snow sighed.

After the girls headed home, Snow decided to prepare her outfit. Lily and Gabby would come later to help her get ready.

Jojo would pick her up at 5.30 p.m so Snow had plenty of time to get ready. Snow's parents arrived.

"Chloe! We're home!" Snow rushed downstairs.

"Hey mom, hey dad." Snow's dad smiled and kissed his daughter on the forehead. "Hello, any plans today....you going to hang out with your friends?"

Snow tried to hide a smile. "YEah, definitely of course." She folded her arms and nodded. Snow's dad smiled, "Remember my dear daughter, no boys until you are eighteen." Oops thought Snow, too late.

Snow's mom rolled her eyes. "Dear, she is sixteen years old. She can date boys." Snow's dad shook his head, "No way I am allowing that."

Oh if only they knew.

Snow's dad checked his watch. "Well, what time are you going to go with your friends?" Snow froze, she hoped her parents went off at their date before hers with Jojo.

"Well, five thirty, around that time," she assured her dad. Snow's dad nodded.

"Your mom and I will go at four. We haven't had time for ourselves in a long time," he kissed his wife. Snow smiled. She was glad her parents were having some romantic time together. Because of work, they usually didn't had time together.

About a hour later, Snow's parents went off to their date. Snow had just finished showering she slipped on some leggings and a red sweater for now while her friends arrived. She dried her hair and immediately called Lily and Gabby. Brianna and Felix were on a date.

Lily and Gabby arrived at Snow's house.

"Heyy girl!"

"Hey guys, come in!!" Snow shut the door behind them. They all rushed to Snow's bedroom.

Gabby sat on Snow's bed while Lily lay on the floor.

"Okay, so I am so nervous! This is my first date ever! What do I wear? Act? GIRLS HELP ME!" Snow said desperately.

Gabby got up and patted Snow on the shoulder. "You will be fine, besides, I bet Jojo feels the same way,"

"Yeah, he is probably at Karam's right now," Lily added

Snow showed her friends two outfits. "Okay, I have this one, the first one.." she showed them the first outfit.

The first outfit was a off-shoulder top with ripped blue jeans march with matching gold earrings. And a white sweater.

Lily and Gabby glanced at each other and then at Snow.

"Snow, just remove the white sweater. White gets dirty and we don't want you walking around with a stain right in the middle,"

Gabby nodded, "Lily's right, maybe with a black leather jacket. It matches,"

Snow sighed, "But I like it!" Lily sighed,

"All right, just don't-get a stain on your sweater," Snow nodded, "Mhm.."

Snow went to the bathroom and put on her outfit and put her black boots.

Lily and Gabby studied Snow from head to toe to make sure they haven't messed up anything.

"I know Jojo said casual but you are dress fancy. Well first impressions are only one." Snow nodded. She was nervous but Lily and Gabby assured that it was going to be fine and just relax.

Jojo was going to pick her up at 6:30. He arrived and got out to open the door for Snow. Lily and Gabby hugged Snow.

"Byee, have fun! And tell us everything after your date!" Gabby said giving Snow a tight hug. Lily nodded, "Mhm, and if he mistreats you, let us know, okay?" Lily said making a fist and pounce it on her other palm hand.

Snow laughed nervously, "Don't worry I will. Bye!" She lock the front door and walked over to Jojo who greeted her with a smile on his face.

"You look very beautiful," Jojo said as he hugged Snow and then opened the door for her. Snow blushed,

Snow and Jojo drove off. Lily and Gabby looked at each other like now what?

"Aw, I am happy they finally are going out," Gabby said, she smile. Lily nodded, "Yeah, and then the wedding," Gabby laughed, "Hold on those thoughts Lily, let's just wait."

"So, want to come over to my house? I'm bored and just binge watch k-dramas?"

Gabby smiled and nodded.
