Logan's P.O.V

August had me sitting at the end of the woods

Me:*whisper* August don't leave me

August: you trust me

Me:*looks in his eyes and nodds*

August: den just wait fa me right hea

Me: okay

August: ain't nun gone happen ta you cuz imma be watchin

He left and I sat there playing with the strings on my pants, then I looked up at the stars and laid back on the rock and smiled......I heard ruffles and stuff but paid it no mind.....I closed my eyes feeling the nice breeze go by and I felt something hot breathing, and when I opened my eyes I almost had a heart attach

Me: *low* oh....my....God

A huge black wolf was above me breathing in my face, I took a couple breaths and sat up slowly, I was always told if you make noise or if they see your scared then they attach, I looked in its eyes and ran my hand through its thick black fur.....and it got closer rubbing up on me

Me: awwww

I played in its hair and just hummed to a song, he seems friendly but August is taking forever

Me: what's talking aug so long

I started looking in the woods and kept my hand on the wolf....my hand was tucked deep in his fur and he started walking away....so I stopped and so did the wolf as if he wanted me to follow....I followed and he stopped in front of august's clothes....I stopped and looked at the wolf and my eyes got wide

Me: no way

He did a quick nod and I chuckled falling down on my knees and grabbing his furry face scratching the sides of his face softly

Me:*giggle* why didn't chu tell me

He rubbed his furry face on the side of mine and I hugged Him wrapping my arms around his neck, as a wolf he was huge..way bigger than me, when I stand up he's up to ny waist .....I giggled, I wasn't scared I was amazed, it was unbelievable.....I lifted away and looked in his fire orange eye...he whimpered and kept rubbing his face on me

Me: I promise this is our little secret

I heard his stomach growl and I felt bad....he's hungry....and I don't have any money...and I know he does but I'm not gonna go in his pocket something clicked in my head and I stood up

Me: look, I'll be right back..........don't hurt no one just stay right here

I ran out the woods and across the bridge and ran all the way to the foster house.....I stopped and caught my breath looking at the house and walked to the back climbing up to my old room falling in the window on the floor...I got up and tapped Amber my old roommate

Amber:*mumble* hmmm

Me: get up please

She turned around and leaned up looking at me squinting

Amber: is that chu Logan

Me: yes it's me I need to borrow 20 bucks

Amber: Jesus Christ you turned into a bum? Just come back I missed you anyway

Me:*rolls my eyes* no I haven't turned into a bum........and i can't come back....please Amber I really need this

She looked at me again and got up

Amber: imma rip them eyes out because it seems like you can't say no why you look into them

She said handing me a 50 I smiled and hugged her

Me: see you around

Amber: please visit more often

Me: okay

I jumped out the two story window and laid there for a second wrenching in pain then I got up and ran to the nearest food market.....and I got water....packs of red meat....and celery nd other things and I paid for it and ran back to the park..across the bridge and back into the woods...then I stopped

Me:*breathing heavy* August!!!!

There was nothing....so I called him again and then he slowly walked my way .....right now I wanna jump and run dropping the bag because he walked with his head low and his eyes directly on me...

Me:*eyes wide* it me Logan

I thought for a second and started running because that wasn't August....I realized august's nose is a light grey with a strip of black down the middle, and he's blended with shades of grey.....but that wolf was all black ...........I stopped because I can't run to much....and when I turned around slowly August was there looking at the wolf that is scary looking

August:*howls a little*

The other wolf walked away and my eye brow went up....even as an animal he has control....he walked to me and pushed me back with his nose making me fall and sit in a rock....I opened the bag and took stuff out and he got happy...after I opened the pack of meats and gave em to him ......I passed him a piece of celery and he looked at my hand and smacked it away with his paw

Me: *smile* what chu don't like celery

He shook his head.....and I gave him some more meats....and poured water in my hands letting him licking my hand dry

Me:*giggle*

I gave him more water and when he was done, he sat down next to me on his hind legs.........

Me:*sighs*

When I looked at him he was already looking at me, and he snuggled his self under my arm.....it was a little cold and I knew now it's the time to go back so I just held him because his fur was warm anyway.....whata day whata day
