Chapter 4: First day of Training

Year 848:

You woke up early from shadis slamming on the door telling us to wake our asses up and get out in 10 minutes. You were quickly up and out just wanting to get the day over with and get back to sleep. You were one of the first to do the balancing test on the ODM gear.

Y/n thoughts: "Well this is easy."

As you were finishing you saw Annie about to do her test. Ah, she saw you she didn't normally get her smile instead you get a death stare.

Y/n thoughts: "Hmmm she's still mad about last night huh."

Annie's POV:

Annie's thoughts: "Hmmmm I'm still mad at y/n for yesterday. What was he thinking coming into the girl's dorm and with 3 girls one he was carrying!!"

Y/n POV:

You waited and watched as Annie easily did it too and you guys decided to leave before Eren was about to do his. As you guys walked together, you felt the anger from Annie just being close to you.

Y/n: "Annie??"

Annie: "WHAT!!" She shouted at you shocking you as she was normally calm.

Y/n: "Are you still mad at me for yesterday??"

Annie: "No I'm not!!"

Y/n: "Ah really ok then why are you mad at me??"

Annie: "I'm not mad OK!!" Her icy blue eyes now looking at your brown eyes. You never really got time to appreciate how beautiful her eyes were.

Y/n: "Well if it makes you feel any better you've got really beautiful eyes."

As you said that you walked back to your cabin waiting for dinner later.

Annie's POV:

Annie's thoughts: "Well look at that. He has paid attention to me in some way. Didn't even know he could compliment."

TIMESKIP:

It was later in the day that as Annie was walking to the canteen she spotted Y/n. Before she could come to him he was touched on the shoulder by Sasha.

Sasha: "Hey y/n thanks for bringing me back to the dorm."

Y/n: "Haha no problem. Who told you anyway??"

Sasha: "Ymir told me that you helped me back when I passed out." Annie began to see a blush come on Sasha's face as she talked to y/n.

Y/n's POV:

You began to walk away from Sasha to get yourself some food and as you turned around you saw Annie in the corner looking at you with another death glare.

Y/n thoughts: "Oh shit!! What have I done now??" You decided to sit by yourself for that time in the canteen. After you ate your food you had a piece of bread left on your plate. You walked over to Sasha to ask if she wanted it.

Y/n: "Hey Sasha wants my bread." You asked in an emotionless tone

Sasha: "Oh really y/n?? Are you sure you don't want it??"

Y/n:" Nah I'm not that hungry, to be honest, you can have it."

Sasha: "Thanks y/n!!" She said as she got up and quickly hugged you. "That's for yesterday as well."

Y/n: "Ummm sure no problem Sasha." You felt as if a million eyes were on you but the one you could feel was Annie's. Even though she was on the other side of the room. You felt her staring daggers at you. As you looked over to Annie you gulped and remembered you've got a hand-to-hand combat tomorrow.
