Chapter 26:Marley

You woke up the following morning to feel Annie's head on your chest. You placed your arms around her and stayed in that moment till you had to wake her up.

Y/n:"Hey Annie wake up." You gently started to shake Annie awake. She slowly begun to open her eyes and looked up to you.

Annie:"Y/n?? Is something happening??" Annie's voice was half asleep as she talked.

Y/n:"We should probably get up and out soon. They would be wondering where you have been." Annie sighed and moved up your body and kissed you on the cheek.

Annie:"You should get up soon as well." Annie moved out of the bed and walked back to her cabin. You got up out of bed and got changed. After you placed all your gear on you heard a knock on the door.

Reiner:"Hey y/n Magath is waiting for us on deck." You walked over to the door and opened it.

Y/n:"How far are we from Marley??"

Reiner:"About 15 minutes."

Y/n:"Right let's go." You closed the door behind you and made your way up to the deck with Reiner. As you went onto the deck of the ship you saw that the other warriors were already there.

Magath:"Ah good your all here now. Right we'll be in Marley in 15 minutes. I expect you to be ready by then. Dismissed!!" You walked over to Reiner and started a conversation.

Y/n:"Happy to be back home Reiner??"

Reiner:"Hmmm I don't really know. I'm sure it'll be weird for my mother."

Y/n:"Whys that??"

Reiner:"Well when I left I was just a little kid. I'm sure a fully grown son will shake her a bit."

Y/n:"Hmmm yeah I guess your right."

Reiner:"You should come over one day. I'm sure my mom will like to talk to a Marlian about everything that happened."

Y/n:"Well I might take you up on your offer."

Reiner:"Haha sounds good." Annie walked over after your conversation with Reiner.

Y/n:"So you'll finally be able to see your dad after all this time."

Annie:"Yeah what do you think he'll be like when he sees me??"

Y/n:"I'm pretty sure he'll be pretty happy."

Annie:"Yeah I guess your right." You and Annie walked over to the side if the ship and leant over. You looked at Annie and you saw a tear go down her eye.

Y/n:"Hey Annie what's up??"

Annie:"I'm gonna miss this."

Y/n:"Miss what??"

Annie:"I'll miss easily spending time with you. In Marley as well we'll be constantly asked to do stuff and we'll be criticised. Well me and the others will you'll be fine." You didn't really know what to say but you wiped a tear from Annie's cheek. You reached into your pocket and pulled something out.

Y/n:"Someone onboard gave me this by I haven't had time to try it." Annie looked at your hand and saw a cigarette that one of the soldiers had given you. As you were about to lite it Annie quickly snatched it out your hand.

Annie:"Don't do that!!"

Y/n:"Why?? What's wrong with it??"

Annie:"I just don't like them. There bad for your health."

Y/n:"Come on Annie they can't be that bad." You tried to get it back but Annie moved it out of your reach. You went for it again but Annie kept moving so you couldn't get it.
