                          Maki's P.o.v
The curse head was shaped like a bird, but instead of a regular beak it was formed out of hanging tentacles.

It was up in the air and put its two fingers up and a ball of water formed.

He shot it down and I was taken by the flow of water.

I jabbed my spear into the wall and stood on top of it.

Naobito dropped tiny pieces of something and started to speak to the curse.

"Hey cursed spirit! Do you know how many frames there are in one second of an animated sequence? My name isn't "cursed spirit. These days it's all about resolution, and wanting to increase the frame rate. My name is Dagon. Hanami, Jogo, and Mahito. We all hear names! Don't you find it so vulgar!"

Naobito yelled after Dagon spoke.

I watched as Nanami punched it down and I swung my spear at it, but it grabbed it.

Naobito touched the cursed spirit and tapped it in a frame, and Nanami broke it.

The cursed spirit grabbed it.

Nanami backed up and it's tail went in front of itself.

I stood behind it.

If the old geezer hadn't used his cursed technique on the curse I would've died. How humiliating!

The curse swung it's tail at Naobito and he held his hand out and blocked it.

"A shield of water, huh? Can you pull of multiple strong attacks simultaneously? You have a massive amount of cursed energy, and I bet you still have other cursed techniques you haven't used yet. Then what to do?"

I tightened my grip on the spear and watched the other two do the same thing.

I waited for Naobito to do the signal.

"Easy. Before you can use your cursed techniques, we'll crush you with speed!"

We all attacked Dagon, but it escaped our grasp and went up in the air.

Naobito was close behind following Dagon and was right behind him right as Dagon was in the air.

"Oh that's right! I forgot you can levitate. Well I'd try to feel up high too!"

He punched Dagon to the ground and kept attacking him with unbelievable speed.

Right before the curse did it's technique Naobito punched him in the stomach but froze after he did.

"Domain Expansion."

Naobito, Nanami and I were were brought into a island domain and the curse was in the water looking at us.

I felt something cut my side and something had cut Nanami on the top of the shoulder.

A fish with razor sharp teeth lunged at me but I cut it down with my spear.

A shikigami that must be the domains can't-miss-attack. But I didn't even notice it until it hit me. No it didn't EXIST until it hit me. I knew it, this guy's different.

Naobito stood in front and spoke.

"Secret art: Falling blossom emotion."

Falling blossom emotion. An anti-domain technique passed down in the big three jujutsu familes. Unlike simple domain, it doesn't expand its own domain, instead it counter-attacks with cursed energy the moment the can't miss attack makes contact.

"Released Technique, Death swarm."

After Dagon said that, a swarm of shikigami appeared behind him.

"Maki! The shikigami won't come looking for us! They'll just consume whatever's there instantly! Don't think! If you think you've been hit, attack without hesitation! Since you have almost no cursed energy, it's only thing you can."

Before he could finish his sentence, a tentacle wrapped around Nanami and fish bit his side.

"Nanami!"

Naobito was counter attacking all the cursed spirits that attacked him, but Dagon sent him flying over the trees.

Dagon wrapped it's tail around Naobito and held his hand outstretched.

"The sea is the source of life!"

He crushed Naobito and blood splattered everywhere.

"Death swarm is the endless stream of shikigami."

I was bit on both sides and on my back.

I swung my spear killing off some do them.

I heard Dagon come up behind me and speak.

"You're the weakest one here!"

He kicked me and I blocked most of the force with my spear.

I sent back hitting trees.

I got up and started walking back to where I was originally.

"If you're going to call me weak, you'd better kill me in one hit you damn octopus."

I wiped the blood coming down my face and held my spear in my left hand.

"Then I shall grant you the same fate as the other two."

Dammit! I knew I should've met up with Megumi first! No I should've taken it out before I was granted premisson.

"You'll be shredded to pieces."

Dagon spoke to me.

"Domain Expansion, Chimera Shadow Graden!"

Black ink exploded in the middle of the island and I heard Megumi's voice.

"Maki!-"

He jumped into the domain with a swirling ink and let the shikigami frogs into the ocean.

I let myself in first and then heard Aki and Angel's voices behind me.

They jumped into with me.

There that octopus is the master of this domain!

"Voluntarily entering the domain, how foolish."

He reached it hand out and Maki ran over and cut his arm.

The curse jumped back.

I was focused on doing my own domain.

"What do you want me and Angel to do? Just fight off the cursed spirit!"

The cursed spirit created more shikigami out of his lower waist and eel shikigami came out and went after me.

Nanami chopped them down and Angel touched the second eel and it immediately died.

"Nanami what about the others? We'll protect you, now please focus on your domain."

I nodded and watched Naobito swing his now missing arm at the curse.

It distracted the cursed spirit and now Maki was behind it ready to swing, but it's eel flung her back.

Ali cut the eels with his sword and the man smiled.

"All that for a 71-year-old's arm!"

Another eel went into the water after me, but Nanami cut it down for me.

I was about at my limit when I spoke to Nanami.

"Nanami! That octopus thinks that we're in the midst of a domain battle. But I have a different objective. I'm going to open a hole in the domain's barrier."
