Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3/4 teaspoons salt
2 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions:
In a bowl, sift and combine the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and salt.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, oil, water, and vanilla.
Add the dry mix over the wet mix and stir until just combined.
Preheat the oven to 325°F.
Line a baking dish with a well buttered parchment paper.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and use a spatula to smooth the top.
Bake for 40 to 48 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with only a few crumbs attached
Cool completely before slicing. ( the lesser gooey you want the to be the longer you let them cool, if you prefer to be firmer store them in the fridge).
Optional: Sprinkle the brownies with some powdered sugar
And Voilà! Your delicious brownies are now ready!
